unfortunately, I don't know the answer to that 8( I *think* I heard once, that continuum changes ports for security reasons, but I've never actually looked into it. Most common answer to people in similar situations as your (dormatories, university labs, libraries, etc) is that the network to which those computers are connected is specifically designed to prevent gaming, and so there is no workaround. You could try to get the network admin to setup a socks5 proxy for you or to fix this problem for you, but I assume that if you were able to get the help of a network admin, you probably wouldn't be here in the first place...
