  1. Bin Laden was safe until Clinton exited the White House thanks to a Republican congress that screamed "Wag The Dog" when he did so much as launch missles at the guy (The obsession with Clinton's Penis...oh how that chapter in our history sucked, pun intended). This subsequently made any invasion of Afganistan impossible until 9/11 because, well, Clinton never started a unilateral war or one without Congress's approval, which is what would have to have been done. The ONLY reason Bin Laden became a threat to Republicans/Bush is 9/11.
  2. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001584/ Note the "Eowyn" Section, and guess where that film was shot

  4. Official Word: As long as I am settings coordinator, the remote possibility of ?go tobeta settings being in pub is all you have if you like greening things. That is all. -_-
  5. Oh, and just to !@#$%^&* with Bush Supporters (seeing as the gay thread = dead): As of yesterday he officially SUPPORTS CIVIL UNIONS. Goodbye single-issue voters, -*BAD WORD*-o President Kerry $ Flip-flopping on a grand scale. EDIT: Links are fun: Newsday
  6. The 9/11 timeline strongly suggests that the people who knew what the F they were doing (Cheney et al) "strongly advised" Bush to sit in Florida reading My Pet Goat while they took care of the 9/11 threats, considering as Bush was told of both planes hitting the WTC and didn't exactly bolt. Personally, i'm kinda glad they didn't let Bush make any decisions that day, it could have been much worse. Now, as to their motives I can not attest, but the evidence is clear that at the very least CHENEY wanted to invade Iraq as of 1998, and he wrote a letter to Clinton advising such. Manifest destiny PNAC bull!@#$%^&* that is the current foreign policy of the United States. Last I checked, both Bush and Kerry pledged to hunt down terrorists whereever they are, I have no idea where the UN factors into this at all. Perhaps republicans are misled by the "Global Test" remark? This indicates a lack of comprehension. If you piss off the world by your actions, you make enemies. It's almost poetic justice that the "un!@#$%^&*ialable superpower" angle the US has been pushing since Bush was selected is in jeopardy from a country so small as to be rendered "powerless" in some idiots' minds. Yes Virginia, North Korea has the bomb. Desert Storm was wildly hailed as a necessary action. We had a wide coalition that broke Iraq into the !@#$%^&*hole it was before Iraq II, in large part because Iraq at that time had the world's FOURTH largest standing army. Iraq II was an oil grab as the explosives story (explained later) proves because Bush went in with the stated purpose of disarming Saddam Hussein. He did not have a wide coalition because the world for the most part saw through the farce. He cohersed several nations (Poland most obviously) to join it via promises of new military bases in their country and other benefits (I believe a spot in NATO was also discussed). As it stands, because Bush failed to secure the weapons Saddam DID have, al-Zarquai is now a powerful force to be reckoned with instead of an ant Saddam could crush under his thumb. As we have seen in Iraq, this gung-ho bull!@#$%^&* creates military jobs, but only serves to piss more people off then you kill. It's gotten to the point where liberal means "common sense morality", which by my observation isn't a bad thing. Remember, life is not a video game. Diplomacy and tactful manuvers are the only way to avoid perpetual chaos. As any student of history knows, the only man to conquer the world was Alexander the Great. If Bush is reelected, look for him to try and make it #2. You can't conquer the land anymore, but you sure can take the resources. Just yesterday the story broke that while the US was busy defending the Oil Ministry in Bahgdad, people were looting a weapons cache of military grade explosives (38 tons) that had been sealed off from Saddam and was held under international protection. Odds are these bombs are now in the hands of terrorists, probably being used to kill our troops as we speak, and they can EASILY take down airplanes. This cache has been looted as recently as last Sunday. That and George "I made the world safer" Bush (see the above paragraph) has a VP running around telling everyone that we could be attacked again at any moment. That is why I today voted for John Kerry. And that brings me to my final point. If you don't vote, you can't !@#$%^&* about the next 4 years ("Don't blame me, I voted for Kodos"). So by absentee now, or on Nov 2nd, go and vote (PS: About that Hitler Picture, Godwin's law states that the first side to envoke the Nazis loses automatically)
  7. Or, and I know nobody likes this: Burst and Repel are classified as the two "Superweapons", global effect attacks. As such, the two ships with 2+ B/R should have 40 attach bounty. The Spider already does. Hmm...Vile logic.
  8. XII comes out in Japan in 2005. Which means it's impossible for it to come out in America until 2005 due to translation

  13. Well, when a report comes out saying Saddam was LESS of a threat in 2003 then right after the Gulf War...it's pretty relevant and allows one to make the following logic leap: "If Bush hadn't gone gung-ho into Iraq and pushed inspectors out, there would have been no WMD found because there were none to begin with, thus he loses his rationale for war". In that regard the previous 10 years are irrelevant. In that regard it is NOT 20/20 hindsight, the President made a decision that he had direct control over and blew it horribly, thus creating far more terrorism then he prevented by stopping Hussein from paying off the occasional suicide bomber (which, by the way, one could have helped prevent merely by negotiating a Palestinian/Isreali ceasefire like Clinton did before Arafat's assassination). And losing the main focus of the war, and in fact AIDING the man who attacked us on 9/11 by giving him thousands of men who would gladly die for his cause and making his REGIONAL terroristic organization based in Afganistan and attacking primarily REGIONAL targets (with the exception of the WTC, but he only did that twice) into a vast GLOBAL threat that has the entire Western democratic bloc scared off their !@#$%^&*, caused a major attack in Madrid, and god knows what'll happen around Election Day. Yes, we should reelect this man, who was a cheerleader in college (talk about Arnold getting his "girly man" comment wrong ) and a cheerleader now. A man who sits at the kiddie table giving stump speeches to crowds who had to sign "loyalty oaths" while the real men debate the issues (Cheney, Kerry, Edwards). Why do we SETTLE for the LOWEST common denominator as President? At the very least have them display the real ticket: Cheney/Bush 04. But then again, Cheney's had 4 years to be President and's !@#$%^&*ed it up, that won't work either. The American People are starting to realize the truth, which is why Bush is about to embark on the most blatent "OMG, KERRY'S A *shudder*...LIBERAL!" campaigns you're ever going to see, That means the Republicans know they're going to lose any other way. How do I know this? Because it's "Ol Reliable" Republican Smearing 101. When Nothing Else Works. Watch the Debate. Watch the L word. See that i'm right. It's SAD. (Wow, I love thinking before I eat, it's much clearer).
  14. People forget Bush told the inspectors to get the !@#$%^&* out, he was bombing Iraq no matter what. Unless Saddam is Bush with a wig, Saddam didn't order them out prior to the war
