Learning how to read would be a benefit for all of you :wink: Where did I mention putting pub settings in events? The rumble sets are going to be event standard dears.

Starting Monday, I will begin the standardization of all subarenas that use 'alleged' public settings. As we all know, many of the arenas are quite different. The 'standard' set will become the Rumble settings, ?go elim and the like will be updated (keeping in mind minor changes, such as no greens in elim). Thus, your opinions are requested before I begin the process.

Woo, Vile is right, but it's ambiguous. So for the slow ones among us (looks at madhaha ): You may ONLY bring the ball to the south to eliminate people who are in the safe zone. Hogging the ball down there, bricking to keep it there, or other such distractions from the main game are illegal. Happy now?

If it was wished to be illegal, there's a nice little setting to disable you passing the ball to anyone in the safe zone. So it's legal.

Well, this post shows why ye old settings do not suffice. Now, the most logical argument is "The old vets used em and left when they left". Sadly, this argument is a bunch of crap. The veterans left the day #mummy went up. I saw them do it. Many of them inhibited SWR for a while because it was easier (looks at rish, breath, etc...). When the current settings restored said traitors returned en masse and -*BAD WORD*-ED, WHINED, and MOANED. Thus I do not deal with them. Every zone has a change, even DSB is working on settings changes. Nothing is ever perfect, but with gradual evolution near perfection can easily be reached. These settings are more balanced then ye old settings, which makes them fairer to play with. There's still flaws of course, but the next evolution, while it may take a year or two, will fix those. Same thing goes for the map. If anyone can actually find a flaw in my reasoning, then we can talk. But cease this pathetic whining for good ol times that are long gone.[/i]

After giving it a little thought, RRL final match is this week, worth triple points. A formal playoff format would not work with 4 squads.
