That is what stops ppl from attacking so much once they get up in the top 8 ranks or so. They have so many weapons you would have to attack someone who has about 8 million points before it would be worth it.

are you using the same profile when you connect to other zones? Your staff pw might be wrong in UT

Try these plugins, they should do what you need. If you want the death limit to be one just set your .cfg file for that.

The UP was very easy to upgrade to the max.

What should be changed/added/removed for next reset? 1) limit the # of mercs a person can have 2) look into lowering the # of attack turns earned

Thats nothing compared to what I just did to Ace for attacking me while I was weak. I just took him for 23 million. I told him to back the !@#$%^&* off but he didn't listen... So for all you jack!@#$%^&*es who have attacked me every hour on the hour the past 2 weeks, stand by is all I have to say.

We need something to encourge more clan wars or more clan teamwork. Any ideas? Clan options are pretty limited but I submitted a few ideas for clans to the ppl who made armysystems and they are suspose to release a new version this summer.

well at one time SVS did help pay for SSCC. SVS still helps run the SSCC Server. And donations have stopped for SSCC (for the past 6 months). And if someone is still sending donations then they need to STOP and contact me ASAP.
