Heheh, well I don't really see much "dedication" anymore, be it that a few people upstairs still do care alot about the game.

lol someone moved the topic anyways, Im basically waiting at this moment for some 3D modeled ships to be completed to I will use them. In the mean time I'm going to need to learn how to make the ships have things like thrust on the engines, etc.. We will need people who can come up with decent ideas and scripts that would make people laugh, and at the same time understand of most of whats happening (AKA no inside continuum jokes, but keep it related to it.) As said I will need people with good voices that reperesents something like of "Red Vs. Blue" types. I'll most likely need help with 3D. I'm also doing what I can to speed up the ship model making process, but other things can be done while that is in progress so, right now I will focus on storylines, or small film scripts.

Now that I can do 3D animation, I have thought alot about doing funny sketch videos for subspace, maybe even a story-line if possible. I have talked with a few people with this topic, and seems to be a good idea, especially for advertisement. This was not possible until the new ship models are being made. I really wish Juan would have released the models though... (sigh) but once Diwa releases his warbird model, I will have alot of fun with it. I will need people who could assist me with story-line's or script writters (dialog), some voices, and a sound editor who can add static to things like voices when talking to get the "pilot" conversation feel. It's a good idea, and I wanted opinions, voices, and suggestions about it.

Well How do we find out if someone is qualified? We need a good leader. I mean I know Pure_luck has done great things here and there, but i havent seen anything done in a year atleast :/ also edited out P_L cuzz now I know. hehe.. I just didnt know what the f was going on with that.

Dear SSCU Trench Wars Staff, What the hell is going on? Trench Wars just seems like a pile of shit now, and has been neglected ever since DoCk>'s departure. This is just rediculous on how lax the staff are in situations, not to even care when shit goes wrong. Nothing seems professional now, and the public map seems to have been the same one for a decade now. "SSCU Trench Wars", has a huge responsibility in this game, that it is not holding itself up to. This zone holds the major population, hence why it's appeal should be great, and long lasting. The truth is, it is the exact opposite. In "SSCU Trench Wars" Public arenas, People run rampant spamming things like "RIOT" and allowing people to spam and Talk bad about very important things to people in Public such as religion, and Maybe even racism. I have sat in pub quite a few times and all I heard of this. How the hell is this appealing when staff doesnt even respond to take care of these situations? In "SSCU Trench Wars" Events, People complain. This happens, but staff, stop becoming their bitch. This is pathetic.. do you know how weak and unprofessional that is? "SSCU Trench Wars" Staff, Seems weaker than it used to be. I have seen people violate rules that would get you banned 5 days easily back in 2003. saying "Stop spamming" is not using power wisely, yet you people keep complaining about others complaining. Maybe you could learn a lesson or two from retired staff members. Also, what about P_L? Just a little note for you about Trench Wars Development Team, is that this is a seperated department from staff, and should stay this way. I cannot believe that you would say not to hire any new members, even though basically 95% of the old members left because they moved on. What are you possibly thinking? Man I miss DoCk> and 2Dragons.. they knew what to do when situations like these arrised back in the day. Don't get me wrong, I loved Trench Wars when it was in it's great state, and I still do, but I don't want small pathetic things like as of listed above become the end result of what Trench Wars is recognized for. Don't say that people are leaving the game because it's a bad game, because SubSpace is not a bad game, it is a legendary game. The real problem is the people who maintain the game do not meet up to what they should. Pure_Luck, if you cannot do what is needed, please do not hesitate to pass the position on. I'm pretty sure there is many people willing to keep this game alive. I've been waiting patiently for basically half a decade to see what Trench Wars was going to do to get over these stupid things, and obviously, nothing has happened since. So SSCU Trench Wars, Please get your act together because you can either make this game, or break it. To stay the legend that has been around with us for so many years, or become the next twister to nearly destroy our community.

Doesnt Infantry / Cosmic Rift use this method? CFG dloads to the folder. One thing to note on this problem is that to make sure the client checks the cfg with the servers, to make sure it's not modified in any way. Hackers could probably bypass it which would not be pretty, but, server triggers with disconnecting people with illegal weapons would be the answer.

hmm... you can change the prize, or the type of goal to reach. do something involving all events and a prize and your good to go.
