Personally, since the update which made eflashbangs not affect the user, they were already actually worth the money, since it was now more effective in basing. I myself prefer the new one, probably because I enjoy keeping my eyes and not losing sight for a minute.

If my memory serves correctly, the way it's currently run is that the mods have their own tolerance levels. Most of them are fine with things lower than f***, and only punish repeated swearing, racist/prejudiced remarks, and of course, things they deem worse than f***. I think that system works perfectly. Now, if only the people who CONSTANTLY shout language at the first sign of minor offenses (d**n, a**, and he**) would quit that... and no, I'm not a hypocrite, because I actually never call those ones.
