Having been one of the people on that freq, initially, we had quite much opposition. We had a few cloakers against us, while some of us were still sharks. I suppose that after I left, opposition to us probably lowered.

If you read the Bold print clearly, it says "Declare that you are leaving", not "Leave". Remember that time you were drunk? That was number 1. Number 2 happened a few days later, when more changes were made. And this is number 3. I didn't witness your initial 3 month leave-of-absence, but I had known about it. That's why I predicted that you'd come back.

I think a maximum upgrade limit of sorts would be a nice keep, though. It encourages people to plan out upgrades, and customize their ship, rather than just maximize everything and have everyone in the same ship, practically.

You tended to hate me quite often, but HS will be quite different without you. However, this is the 3rd time I myself have seen you declare that you're leaving HS, so I predict that after a while (that's a very large span of possible time), you'll probably return. It's a shame you'll probably leave before the cool new settings are uploaded.
