ok seriously? i really dont care if you don't like me, but insulting me every single fucking post is completely unneccessary. The main advantage from what i saw google voice having is that having 1 number for multiple phones and being able to switch phones, etc... Yea there are a few other nice features that are on there such as call screening, but like i said, it is best suited for people with multiple phones.

Since i only have 1 phone, google voice is as valuable to me as Youmail is..... Maybe once i get a place of my own, etc... it might be good for me. Other than that, it looks sweet.

If Home Basic is anything like XP Home Edition, it won't have a security tab. I forgot how to enable the OS to show this tab. There is a way to enable the tab to show, however I don't know.

Wanna know why SS is dead? Because people like you take a small isolated incident and post it in public places. This makes people not want to come here. also an FYI: YOU CAN'T use the new maps on the Halo 3 disc... you have to use the Halo 3 multiplayer disc that came with ODST... which is the gayest thing i've ever heard. EDIT: Which means, you can't load the new maps onto your hard drive. then play with your original halo 3 disc...

You had to buy a new laptop because your HD was shot? Why not just buy a new HD? most laptops that arent the "super thin" ones usually have a special panel that only requires 1 screw to take off to have access to the HD. When i had to replace my HD, it wasn't completely shot, but when i tried to do a few things like scan it and defrag it, i kept getting errors and the OS said it was failing. (You could also hear this "bounce" sound from the HD itself...) So all i did was get a new SATA HD, opened the slot, removed the HD off of the bracket, put the new one on, then slid it back in and closed the slot. Since my old HD hadn't completely failed, i got a little enclosure for it so i could still access the files on my HD incase i ever needed them.

Just an FYI: you can't get the new map packs any other way except by buying ODST. It's not a downloadable. they package it with 2 discs. 1 disc has the campaign and firefight, the other has every map pack on it.
