    Phone carriers can do this now, and the only time I had to do it, I called the port team, and they had it done in about 6 hours... a little longer than i liked, but my old carrier didnt want to give it up... but ya, ad ur new number on that and then wait for the porting service on your new carrier to get it switched over..

    If you want players to do it: i say make a form type of submission thing, and require people to log in with their SSForum credentials, then let them submit the form. If you like it, add it on the site, if you don't, no harm done.
