There's this thing called 'Transparent selection'. Once you select an area with that, all empty tiles will be ignored. They are still technically part of the selection, but they are not dropped when you unselect. In Options it's under 'Draw mode', or there's a button in the toolbar for it. It has a convenient icon that looks like selected tiles over stuff Take a look at the screenshot I put with DCME in the downloads section. The selection you see is actually a rectangular one, with the Transparent selection mode See also: Draw under; Draw or move tiles without affecting any of the tiles already placed, or if you prefer, draw or move them UNDER the tiles in place. That affects both selecting and drawing with tools such as the line. Transparent selection has no effect on drawing, obviously.

The ones I'll have to wrap have weirder shapes though... but yeah I know how to do it, I just hate it and lack the patience/talent to do a good job at it

Hmm, why? You see the tilepreview square (red or yellow) of where you currently are... You'd want the stuff you already erased to turn another color? That won't show you 'what you are going to erase', it would only highlight the tiles already erased... and it's pretty obvious what you already erased since the tiles are gone

Most likely you have to register the file as explained in the topic Polix linked to... You have to login as an administrator to do so, however. Are you using Vista? I've heard of someone else who wasn't able to get the file registered...

No matter how you do it, having 2 forums splits the activity level... some people will only post in one forum and won't even bother reading the other (this goes both ways); that's what I meant. Basically I want people who have bookmarked http://dcme.sscentral.com/?view=download to be redirected at http://www.ssforum.net/index.php?autocom=d...s&showcat=1 I read a lot of solutions using header(...) but that only works if the page has no other code on it or something? Would it be just simpler to put a big redirect link on the page? :/
