You can now draw an entire base with the same tile, then make your walltile set, then Flood Fill it all With a bit of thinking, you can even get make 2 or 3 tiles wide walls or diagonals with that... Just analyze the surroundings of each of your tile, and assign the proper walltile to it to match the pattern. You might need up to 4 distinct walltile sets though, as each quadrant will be different with thick walls. But it can be done.
