The ship graphics not loading though... messed up skin? corrupted ships.dat file? I suggest downloading the continuum40.zip file, and replacing everything you have (except profiles.dat, zones.dat, keys.dat and macro.dat). This would rule out any 'file corrupted' possibility

There's a lot of smoke and mirrors in that paragraph, as well as a lot of speculation. I really do have doubts to your theory. And about the 'whole liver' thing... It's not like a supermarket and you decide what you pick... "Oh, I'll take that entire liver please". First of, I couldn't find any source stating that "he got an entire liver", and second, if the doctors gave him an entire liver, they had a reason to.

What annoys me from the stats module is that when you're not in the top 10 for some reason (i.e. when you're the one repelling non-stop in a flag game and not getting much kills and/or the game is pretty large), you can't see your stats. You'd have to type ?stats RIGHT before the game ends to see them... bleh. Your personal stats should appear at the end of the stats board. Another nice stat would be the time of the game. And yeah... damage / team damage would be nice to see as well. AFAIK these stats are already monitored somewhere (?)

Try different combinations of options at the bottom of the 'Advanced options...' dialog. Software emulation often fixes this kind of lag.

Ok... I added a list for active animations. I used to get a crash as soon as a screenobject attached to the weapon icons would expire. Now it doesn't crash on that particular event, but it's still VERY unstable. If I change ship, it crashes; if I ?objon/?objoff a couple of times, it ends up crashing. I have no idea what's up with it... I committed my current version (r196), AFAIK I did fix a few things I had done earlier (what's up with that 'curY / 10000' thing in the weapons display? my Y values were off by a factor of 10000 http://www.ssforum.net/public/style_emoticons/default/blum.gif) What the crash says: And the errolog.txt: (near the end I noticed some NUL characters in there, had to paste in 2 times, though that has nothing to do with the crash)
