yeah everytime something like that happens, lots of people see it as a 'high score' and try to beat it... In the shooting of Dawson College, this fall, the guy killed only one girl, but injured like 15... And there were a couple kids in the following days that said stuff like 'Pfft, only one... disabling the splash screen can be done easily from the options window (that is if you can start it up ) Or go in registry editor: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Continuum\Options find the 'SkipSplash' value, set it to 1 wow... just found something somewhat interesting - totally useless though - in the registry... there's a 'EnergyBarState' value... when set to 1, your energy bar will look like... hmm... not much actually and it only shrinks from the right, instead of shrinking from both sides like the normal energy bar lol there's a registry entry for a 'tip of the day' thing... if you activate if you just get a 'tip file is missing.' message box 'StatusState' ... when set to 1, the display at top right shows your info in text only (freq, bounty, flags, energy) ... I learned that team frequencies are in GHz
