Currently playing with the points system so dont be alarmed if you see some changes. Things are being tested at the moment but when all is well the changes will be made public.

probably want to go with a safe bet to earn max brownie points, nothing too exotic but nothing too simple either. in this weather I would plump for something light. Quiche with summer veg perhaps, followed by strawberry and cream

arn't warranties only applicable to the 1st owner?

indeed, how they could think it was a good idea is a mystery.
-
possibly, but it is the fact that such an opinion may exist somewhere that is cauing the debate here

option 2, seems to give the best of both worlds IMO.

Thankfully the government agrees with the concerns raised here, and rightly so! http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7468430.stm Nice to see that there is a limit to how far the surveillance state will go.

sucks to be you, he crossed the line letting her know though. in my experience negative things on a womans appearance usually leads to grudges, unless they were too drunk to remember

Moving this topic to the starlight forum as it now has one

Very true, I am guilty of taking the media at face value with that comment. Nevertheless it is not an uncommon scenario.

This is a great way of describing how patriotism can be expressed in completely different ways. In the case of the election the way in which people believe patriotism should be shown (probably war hero american dream vs every american counts) will play a major role.

they were just plain stupid. If they are of consensual age fine (16 in the UK), but these people are too stupid to use protection, then have to leech of the welfare state with a kid they probably won't look after properly. somehow people need to find a way to get the idea of contraception into these people heads.

well if you want to be technical about weather the term is correct no its not really renewable, just exploitation of a natural resource which is effectively unlimited with few if any harmful by-products. I guess the problem with hippies in all this is their ideas are in the right place, but they are unrealistic about what is feasible. The pressure they mount adds to the cost of fuel with duty and other charges to promote a lower carbon way of life but the alternatives are just not available yet to allow people to make the switch to the green tech that will allow the abandonment of oil.

it will be superseded long before it fails, seems to never take long for the next fastest super computer to be made.

right now it is on-topic I can say this. Problem with too much water is that your body fluids (not just blood) become too dilute and changes the diffusion gradients of many dissolved minerals and nutrients. As things tend to go from high to low concentration less natural diffusion will occur where the concentration is higher outside. Where active transport occurs to pump against a concentration gradient the more extreme difference means more energy is required to do it. also the active transport systems can only work up to a certain ratio of internal molecule to external so by diluting enough you can stop the process altogether. Osmotic pressure is also another element. If body fluids are more dilute water will move into cells faster. Problem there is cells are well controlled with their amounts of water and too much causes problems. I'm not a physiologist so i cant say to what extent these processes occur under super hydration but that's my best guess. Thing is though that its very very hard to do this because the kidneys are very effective when functioning correctly. Their main job is to maintain the correct amount of water for the reasons stated above and they do it with very high accuracy. ANother reported case was in the London marathon a couple of years ago, apparently someone drank too much and died.

lol,now it makes sense after the edit I wouldnt blame the hippies on this one though, if anything they have the "We told you so" poistion now. Problem in the UK at least is this. Hippies are anti nuclear and pro renewable. Luckily they lost the nuclear argument. The gap that is left they want to fill with renewables, which in theory is pertty perfect. Base power from a reliable source and a top up from something cheap and clean. Only problem is when you try and build a wind farm local residants sign a per!@#$%^&*ion and get it stopped so a nice oil powerd station gets reopend or extended life instead. Solar arrays are useless here try and build a dam and people claim it will destroy the countryside, even if the evedance scientifically says otherwise. tidal power is not yet ready. many more examples, cant think ofthem all though

True, but the way your perceive as the best way to do this may not be shared by all. Also that part of your sig is hard to get the true meaning out of as it has been stripped of its context. Seems odd to me as well, not really foll wed this bot so much. Could be a case of him hijacking media spotlight to get some pent-up views out though which isnt unheard of. I don't know much about this, can you provide an informative and unbiased link? fine but she wont be running the nation will she. You don't have to be that obvious to love your country, its policy not looks that matter at the end of the day. So, I don't mind how much Arabic blood flows through Obama's veins. I have plenty to hate him on already. how about many people dislike what McCain stands for?

I think that the demand the consumers put on modern gaming has forced people like sony to cinstruct super-powerfull processors. Whilst the inotial intention was for gaming, chips with that sort of power were always going to find other applications.

the greedy sons of !@#$%^&*es probably get more screwing power is demand goes up. That can basically set the price by restricting their supply how they see fit. If demand is low then their restrictions will cause price rises and screw people over, but they have a small window to inflate the price as they will damage their business by restricting supply too much. When demand is high a small restriction on production goes much further as each barrel has more companies wanting to buy it, in such a market the restriction will force more people to try to buy each barrel causing a higher price to secure it. This also has something to do with why strikes on the fuel supply chain are so effective. Supply is restricted, people panic buy and the price sores until normal supply is resumed. If there was plenty of fuel at the filling stations that lasted ages these strikes would be ineffective. now for the green side. In oil dependant scenarios the second argument can apply, demand is going up and as oil is the only energy source price goes up. If green alternatives are available then oil can only rise to a point where it becomes the more expensive option. This will also apply to the price setting as setting too high will make everyone go for the alternatives.

Sounds like it all DH stuff which would be truly overkill for me. Would probably fetch a fair bit on ebay to go towards your DH rig, or keep it to put on the new build

most of the evidence for its negative health effects are myth. Its true that drinking gallons per day will cause problems but the amount most people drink is harmless. Even the idea that it is a diuretic is a myth, it's effects are only slight.
