Ok let me take this apart. First of all what are you doing speaking on behalf of your friend? Is this an april fools joke? In that case it's a horrible joke. Not funny. What is ment by reset? This doesn't make sense to me. Names get reset automatically by the billing. Is someone else using the name other than your friend? How can you claim abuse when you don't know who could have done it? Any and all abuse is not tolerated. Have you not been around to see what happens when someone has abused in the past? You won't find any more documentation on BanG's abilities than what is already posted. If a programmer wants info they'll have to ask a BanG Administrator. PS. Chat channels can't be increased without a client update.
