I miss thermal shields (is protection I would use early in resets before rad coils). Any non-sig burst protection in the plans? Current best armor is a 5% damage reduction from bursts. Can also buy a -1 recharge emitter (which really a -2 recharge because then cant also buy combat sensors for xradar savings) which gives a 9% damage reduction at the cost of 2 recharge.

I thought it was funny when i saw the title and was going to vote, but brains comments added reality and killed the spirit of it. So i did not bother voting. I can see why acid is upset. I also can see why you dont understand why he is upset.

I have gotten rather good at counting to five, greens get eaten so can not rely on them. Eating team greens is not a good idea, somone just died there. I do not usually have enough time to thrust foward, eat green, then thrust back and get in good position. Need to start fireing like 2 seconds before ad for guns to be effective. For the ripper i try to be at the max range of the ripper from the ad player, the farther away the better. Usually the only greens i get are the rushers who die behind the lines. And now it is only greens of rushers who ad i know is down. Getting to eat greens was an advantage i remember discovering with coils. I think it is the biggest adv coils offers, i always seemed to have a repel for coffins/bullets when i needed them.

Since i am no longer burst proof eatting greens is a risky behavior. Greens last 5 seconds and it takes 5 seconds to ad, If you eat the green you set your self up for instant death if the guy ad's and bursts. If you do the 5 count waiting for possible ad then the green is gone. It would be nice if greens lasted for 10 seconds, so could spray area with bullets and count to 5, then eat the green.

yes it works for up to 4 commands. ex: ?|buy -c 7 thor|buy -c 20 repel|buy -c 20 burst|buy -c 4 transwarp token then every time you are in a safe hit that macro and you are good to go.

I have all my keys remapped. I use a laptop and the special keys are not easy to find. So i decided to remap the entire thing where i can always keep my fingers on the home keys (asdf jkl;) The major drawback from abandoning the arrow keys for movement is that if you are typing you are dead in the water till you either hit enter or backspace the message away. To prevent accidently hitting a non mapped key and being dead in the water need to make sure in your profile/keyboard map that you check "Require Msg Key". I have mine set to a space so if i want to type any message i first must hit the space bar, then type the message. This makes talking during flag games not easy so i tried to macro everything i may need to say. I have all 20 macros used, i keep f5 and f6 hot macros, I change them all the time and will use them for anything i would need to type more than once. Which would be incredibly annoying and dumb what's annoying is having someone youve been attaching to suddenly changs ships and you gotta either change too or find someone else your able to attach to. completely disrupting. dont tell me that i need ad either unless you want to buy it for me. There is a ?lancs command, it will show you all lancasters on the team. It used to show all evokers as well, but that part got broken some how.

I think i know what the evener's problem is, I think it is counting turrets as people. Spider, can you check the code and see if there is a bug where the evener thinks a turret is a person?

I have tried this, but trans warp is immune to antiwarp. And the failure rate with jump gates is to high, you hurt your team more by not being there then sitting in 8 to try to slow down the brickers. Trans warp blocking with jump gates would work better if there was a wall around the transwarp area, could get a chance to jump gate them comming and going. If you do manage to succeed at jump gating them it is on the way to area 8 (not long drive for them to get to safe and buy a brick). When leaving the safe instead of transwarping again they can fly from the safe to the trans warp area and bypass your jump gate spot.

I like turret damage, think it is a good idea. But not sure why higher level bombs hurt the turret more than low level bombs. They should all do the same dam as L1 currently does, Higher level bombs already have the advantage of having more splash. The tiered damage would make sense if turret only took damage on direct hits.

In emitters you can buy Oracle System (sig item) and it comes bundled with energyviewing property. You can also buy energyviewing ala cart with the Energy Scanner. The defense for energy viewing is energyscrambling which only comes bundled with Sensor Disruptor (sig item) Can you create a new Energy Scrambler emitter that includes just energyscrambling property?

What is the evener logic? Evener f up again today. was 3 vs 4 fg, new person came in and evener made it 3 vs 5. had no1 tried to hop to make it 4 vs 4 but evener would not let him. How is 3 vs 5 ever even? expecially when unix and no1 are on the same team are on team w/ 5.

I never really played in chaos, was more alpha then warzone. Would it be helpful if you have your zone developer change the settings so that 1. Ship change/spec/leave game all add 1 to your death count; or easier to code : entering zone as a ship (esc 1-8 ) adds 1 to death count. 2. entering safe resets your bounty I play in hyperspace and we have the if enter safe it resets your bounty logic.
