Too bad you didn't assign it to anything, you just have a random dav cast as a float somewhere on the heap. That is, if dav is possible to cast as a float, which I doubt.

I only half agree with this in that they should BOTH not be you. I do believe that you should be one or the other. These are very large aspects of a zone and you're likely to not have anything in those departments or look like a fool when you aren't doing the work. Unless you are a big, and I mean BIG zone, owners need to have a large part in development.
