There is a difference between ship control/aim/energy management and tactical item usage, both of which could be considered "dueling skill". Its just harder to find a setup that keeps one from overpowering the other.

The flagtime module can be used to help with this. I would address L.C.'s points specifically but it would just make me way too angry, so I'll just say I echo the sentiments of Dr Brain and Arnk.

So obviously I have some scheduling conflicts between life and spaceships, so to see what we can salvage from this ipwn is going to be stepping in to do a lot of the coordination that will be required to see this thing advance at all. More details as we work them out.
