Well first off my F3 is badass so I don't miss the iPhone much. Mostly though, I'm cheap and not willing to pay $80+ a month or whatever an iPhone costs.

I don't think Parisians are "just rude." It's a different culture. I had encounters with some nice people and some mean people there. Had more encounters with nice people when I spoke French to them. I won't judge, because most places in America, you'll get a lot of crap for not speaking or knowing English. I think the bigger problem is the stupid chips on their credit cards, or the stupid lack of chips on our credit cards. It means you can't use American credit cards at any kiosks in France.
Haven't tried this new Domino's pizza, but I'm not too big a fan of the old stuff. When I want cheap pizza, I go to Little Caesars. It's $5 for a large pepperoni, you don't have to order ahead, and as you said, it's not bad.
Tri-ATHLETE is a robot developed by NASA for lunar surface exploration. "ATHLETE" stands for "All-Terrain Hex-Limited Extra-Terrestrial Explorer" and "Tri" represents the fact that it can separate into a pair of three-legged robots. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2660/3924185676_e1f8bb9d9b.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3466/3923401121_aae664641b.jpg The basic idea is that with such a wheel-on-limb configuration, you can roll quickly across most terrain, and walk over/around obstacles when the terrain gets rougher. Each limb can also be used as an arm with a tool attached at the tip. Anyway, I think we have some people here who might find this interesting (I find it to be the bee's knees). Videos:
I'm waiting for prices to drop on a 5770 card, and then I will hook it up to my monitors and play Continuum at 5760x1080 before realizing that it isn't practical at all.
Here is my desktop desktop. This is in its clean state -- periodically I put all the junk from my desktop into a folder called "Desktop Junk". http://i105.photobucket.com/albums/m222/legoblocks/misc/665c4ee5.png (click for full image, 8.1 MB) Key bragging features: three large workspaces taskbar spanning all screens pleasant weather Here is my laptop desktop. I flew AA cross-country just a few weeks ago and had a relatively pleasant experience. I think bad experiences happen with every airline. Though I don't think I'd want to fly now given the extra security post 12/25/09.
how do i know if im liberal is there a pee test? i dont want to die and rot and stuff I tell you now, I am certain my words here will reach you. More seriously now, it would seem that you at least purport to be Christian given your references to God and Satan. I don't know how you've deluded yourself into thinking that wishing eternal damnation on other people is consistent with Christianity. Aside from that, your way of thinking is dangerous. Not much more to say here than that.
