You dont setup the ftp server at school, you setup one at your home computer which you access from school... But.. ftp transfers (port 21) might be blocked at your school -MMaverick

1) Disable your firewall or open up port 21 on it 2) Download ftp server software 3) Install it at your home computer 4) Create an account with username and password on it and make it have write access to a directory on your computer 5) Goto www.whatismyip.com and remember your ip (write it down) 6) Leave your computer on 7) Goto school On your school type 'ftp://' (type your writtened down ip number instead of ) 9) Enter your username / password (if you can't, goto menu File / Login As...) 10) Copy / paste any files you like. 11) The files get uploaded directly to your computer at home It's not that hard -MMave

Setup an ftp server at your computer at home.. Remember the ip or tie a dynamic domain to it and then you can transfer as much as you like.. every day -MMave

Yes it works for me with hardware acceleration on (in dxdiag). I got the new drivers via http://www.msi.com.tw because I have a motherboard of MSI . -MMave

I also have onboard ac97 sound card and I also have problem with sound. when you are firing bullets after eachother it only will make sound of first bullet, 5th bullet, 10th bullet, and so on. I will update the ac97 drivers and will try to disable the hardware accleration. Hope it will solve it Cheers MMave

Agreed, only problem is that modems are unreliable in comparison with broadband connections. This can give high ploss / lag at uncertain moments. Problems subspace cant help -MMaverick

lol does yahoo has their own now? That sounds like adware and spyware to me. Use Ad-Aware or Spy Bot instead. Those are proved tools to detect and remove adware and spyware. Another thing you can try; Type in the command prompt 'pathping www.sscuservers.net'. This program is a combination of ping and tracert. After it has calculated everything for a while you might be able to see where the problem is. -MMaverick
