Use Ad-Aware from lavasoft or use Spybot Search & Destroy. Both products have a free downloadable version. Spybot S&D is a bit more advanced tool which can help alot if you know alot about computers. -MMave

Dont put your computer in the DMZ zone unless you want your computer to be vulnerable to all kind of viruses or hackers. I think this is more a problem with either your Sound or Video. Update your videa card drivers, update your audio card drivers. Update to Directx 9c and then try again. -MMave
