Ancient Power is correct (although Spyed won't be coming back on his 'Spyed' name). So if you see a newbie being annoying and spammy as Spyed was.... You forget one thing; if you do a complete restore, then also all the posts/registrations/changes after spyed's abuse would been undone. Because alot of work might get lost again, a full restore won't happen. (It should have been done on the same day.) However, you can restore it to a different database and then pick out each topic and restore those to SSF's database, but that would take loads and loads of time which is thus undoable.

Well the error isn't caused by the forum software - it is caused by special security software running on the server (which none of us can touch). So there will never be a nice error message. btw, telling which word combination isn't allowed would break its own security.

same goes for proxy and server (there are more, alot more) afaik EDIT: weird, they seem to work now... or were there word combinations that weren't allowed?

It's in your installed Continuum directory - C:\Program Files\Continuum\skins . If you really want to download it, it's inside this file in the skins directory.

Someone (many say its Dark_Nexus) is removing almost all of the topics of 17th forum?! Why? Can this please be stopped! All of the good topics are deleted by this (and all of the work that got into them). Please ban the one doing this or something.

Wrong, nurples doesn't run it at all. I used to run it directly at stats.17thparallel.com from my own server (since running the program on Dock>'s server made it crash after a while due to a memory leak). After I fixed the memory leak I ran the program on Dock>'s server with stats.trenchwars.org as the main site and I made stats.17thparallel.com mirror stats.trenchwars.org. Can admin please clean up the 17th parallel forum? SNOo / Emblazon (who is owner of and also moderates the Killer Instinct forum) has bumped alot of old topics for no reason at all. I know there aren't much (active) moderators of the 17th forum left so that's why I'm asking here. Thanks in advance

Are you sure you have a /sounds folder in your continuum folder? This sounds like a silly question but there are corrupt installers around that don't install the /sounds folder at all. (.39pr1) EDIT: Sorry Bargeld

Make sure you aren't trying to start the game via the Run As... option. This is a bad way of opening Continuum. Try to get Continuum opened the normal way first.

He banned Spyed group-wide (all SSCI zones). A host can do that since he "hosts" all of the SSCI zones. The reason why is still unknown.

That is probably the reason; custom group permissions.

The same happens with all the security related keywords; host, database, etc. Its caused by some extra security software, maybe anti-injection software indeed. Afaik nobody has ever contacted TWSites.com about this. Someone should really contact TWSites and get it solved. People at forums.trenchwars.org have the same problem btw.
