There was some software called SSVCR on there, but I am not sure how it works. There are some commercial screen capture programs available on the net (name begins with "cam" and then... something), you can try them if you have a very good computer (Making videos requires a fast computer).

You'll have to use dirty tricks, that's the only way to do that in this game (Unless you know 75 people who can just come over to the zone) -

What is the "normal" ping? How exactly do you determine that everyone spikes? What type of flash is it? Does the screen just go black for a moment? More than a moment? Not black? Also, try to turn off any background programs (virus scanners, downloads, ...)
