Yes, Half-Life players can indeed modify the game code. Yes, modding *could* be done and total security is *not required*, but the fact is that PriitK is *-*BAD WORD*- lazy* (or he just doesn't care about it).

No, it's only client.

Did you try restarting? That error means that Continuum is already loaded. You can also try removing it from the task list. And this error does not create an exception.log

Read the FAQ on connection problems. If that does not help, tell if you can see the zone pings and download the server list.

No, that's definitely not how it works. It isn't hard to rename a SSC zone and see that it still doesn't give you one Maybe ASSS just does not support that feature that disables the warning. I dunno how that fake SSC zone worked, but it's definitely more than name matching. (I think SSN managed to disable the warning)
