I believe that there are nerds on these boards, I'm not going to name anybody, but I wouldn't consider myself as one of them. However, I do believe that actually PAYING to go to the convention, or anything like that is extreme. I'm planning that this convention will take maybe a few hours of my holiday, and it will be another experience in life - and that's about it. Also, to defend the nerds on here, it's not all bad, at least you will probably be earning a lot more money than some of the e-gangsters you'd often run into on here, and in SS, and will hopefully grow some balls in life to use that money wisely.

I thought I'd just highlight that again, in case you didn't have the precious time to read the whole post, princess. We're not *asking you to come, but letting you know of it's existence. Also, if you highly doubt something, there is room for something else to happen, if I had met you whenever in life, I'm the type of person to say hi, but then again, you've said your categorising us, so this is just a waste of time.

Anyway, as we're all clear that we probably all wouldn't be the best of friends in real life, I'm sure that as we're all pragmatic human beings, or as I hope, we could all at least get along in an adult manor, and go to the convention for a single thing which we all share in common, Subspace, be it the only thing or not, at least it's something. I'm not stating that we should all become joined at the hips, and hold each others hands in the toilets, but I wouldn't mind saying !@#$%^&*o to somebody who I have (typed to) before, or would type to for the sake of having a conversation. Anyway, as it's clear you want no affiliation with us, that's cool too, but let's not get carried away here - btw, I didn't mean the you're to be directed at you, specifically, but to a group of people who I talk to on an internet game. EDIT: This was meant to go after LOSA's post, but I took a while typing it... which appears to be over one minute, so 3 other people beat me to it. While I'm on the edit: What do you classify as a nerd? Other than somebody who's going to a convention, of course. I would consider it broadening my horizons, but meh, say as you like.

Possibly a template should be provided for the players to follow, and anything else should be removed. Something like: Section 1: Player Information Section 2: Zones which plays Section 3: Accomplishments in the game Section 4: And so on..

I used to have quite a closed view on music, but now I listen to absolutely everything. I think it's best not to define people by what they listen to, wear or what their daily habits are, but to just try to get along with everybody. Obviously though, it's expected that you can't get along with everybody.

I don't really have problems chilling with different types of people, I'm pretty open minded. Edit: On another note, you're not the kinda people I plan on introducing to my girlfriend or plan on talking about your antics at a party.

That's true, usually they have citations of everything on a wiki, unless it says "[citation needed]" or has a warning at the top of the page saying that everything in the article require citations or something..

I don't really mind ZONE OWNERS asking their friends to come and play in their zone to check it out, but I don't like it when people just come into the zone and macro "COME TO IT'S REALLY FUN!" and just leave, I ban for that.
