  2. I think that balling should be brought back. Remember when HS would divide up into balling teams and go at it in center? I mention this as an easier-to-implement alternative to the cargo-green-trading system, which would be cool too.
  3. Ya I bring it out for threads that are especially whiny. I'm sorry you lost the jackpot. DBE tried to make it right immediately after it happened. Server spikes happen all the time even without jackpots on the line, which I'm sure most everyone has experienced. You haven't presented any evidence that anyone did anything to screw you, but are going on and on (about what I'm not sure since I think you are now on an LSD trip).

  10. The anti brick brick shouldn't be just on the lancaster because then there would be only one use out of it and then you'd get brickwarped. It should be on other ships so it can respawn just like the regular bricks do. Antibricks should be cheaper than regular bricks to really neutralize the rocket-ad-bw tactic. I do think that's the most elegant solution, next to removing ad entirely from the game.

  14. The increase in respawn time, which I understand to be aimed at reducing item whoring in basing, has made anti-death even more lame than it already was. You have an invisible guy shooting at you for a good three seconds now, and he also has that invisible time to sneak past defenses. The cure is proving more unbalancing than the problem it was trying to solve.
  15. How about a field/brick that flings you into the energy vortex? I'm talking about the vortex itself, not the minefield around it. Presumably it would warp you to a random place. I think blue's idea would have more appeal if there was some cash/bounty/super reward involved to make it a race to get to 8 when it's feeding time.

  17. What he said ^. It's more effective than rockets when combined with ad since you wind up on the other side with full health and items.

  19. I"ve noticed that they are starting to get used on ad spiders to zip through defenses and brickwarp/burst. The momentum carries them a long ways.

    lol a crime only the very rich can afford to commit. The rest of us will have to stick with safelaming, vulching, and sticking up gas station convenience stores.

Amongst the terr's problems: - Ridiculously long delay after firing a bomb where your guns are non-functional. - Slow gun velocity - Poor acceleration - Poor recharge - Inferior firing rate It has two roles presently: shredder laming (due to its high energy) and filling a base with L3 plasma cannon and shrap. The spider is better for the former, for the latter you're usually better off with another lanc or something. It's neither a jack-of-all-trades nor an air superiority fighter. Ideas: - Fix the first two problems I listed above - Increase its base energy beyond the lanc and/or recharge so it can slug it out better. That would enable it to absorb more damage in center or be a tank in base.
