This sounds like ASSS modules. Although, what would prevent a plugin from doing nullifying weapons info or handeling, or even moving the users ship around the weapon?

If you have a too-new version or too-old, he will get an error saying uspooprted. He has a brodaband connection. Maybe you have a software firewall on the machine in question, which is why just that machine wont wokr on the LAN. Or it is misconfigured? Check to make sure the cards are installed properly.

in the chat window, there is a "Selection Color" option. I dont know it works, but its there somewhere In-game, just edit the fonts in paint.

He ought to live by what i was told at work (Theater tech). If you were hit by a bus on the way to work, could somone take over your spot? Something worth thinking about. I have a Linksys wireless, and i dont think it comes defaulted with such ports off, as i have run a zone off my machine. (that is, those few times when my cable works)
