His brother-in-laws and one of his uncles (or cousins, can't remember) were the ones that began all the killing and torchering. Suddam just never tried to stop or fix it, !@#$%^&*, never had the time with the US always on his back, so he ended up with the blame of it. Suddam just kind of lost it cause his entire family basically began turning on him, and even went as far as locking his own wife away. Just like Bush, anything other people do, even if you have no part in it, you end up with the full blame of. But we just can't see that from another point of view until we take our heads out of our !@#$%^&*es and really think about it.

It's a given fact, most newbs copy their favorite zone. Think bout it, if EG or TW Announced they were going ASSS, then so would a lot of smaller zones just so they could say they use the same thing as them. But if they hear that EG and TW won't use it cause it can't support them, then it will make some people look less upon it, and turn away from it. I'm not saying it'll make or break it, I'm just saying it will decide which will become to more dominant server software. The more dominant one will obviously get more support from client updates and other software.

Because it keeps that MacID and IP net-banned. Doesn't mean he still has it, but it's just the principal of it all. Tombstone is an EX-SysOp / Current SMod in EG, when he had it, he might of just banfreed himself. That's wrong. A zone may banfree anyone locally they want. So it was someone in the zone who lifted it, not a billing op. Only Swift, GS, Plat, BD, or Priit would have access to go into another zone and lift it, and I do not see them doing that. I have many names I can't go on, but that's life. Why do you want to play as Sage386? I see no point in it really. Maybe not expecting, but hoping.

Extreme Games is preparing to do a day trial in the next couple of months, maybe not even that. Was talking to Junky about it. So I think that will prove or break the chance of ASSS becoming the dominant server.

using .bm2 is unnecessary, just use .bmp, .png, .gif or .jpg (same for .wa2 - just use .wav) .bm2 & .wa2 still have a few uses...mostly because of poor programming/hacking/planning (imo) - you will know what those uses are if you ever need to Well, that one would be obvious once you looked into LVZs, but you need to know how to open the current graphics to even know how to begin editing them... lol.

Going to need Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro to do some graphics editing, and it's all Bitmap based images. Tiles are 256 colors limited, and the bmp files use a .bm2 ext. There is really a lot too it, so I just suggest you start small, just began toying with things before you go all out. Learn how to even get a zone up and running 1st.

Sure. Open Continuum, and right click on a zone. A bit of information will pop up showing the name, ip/port, and description. Block the Port, and your good.

i would do that but there is so much other things that i need to work on my network. like aol aim napster etc. i want to specificaly take out continuum <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Anyway to block a certain program from having access? Continuum doesn't have a set port. Every server uses a different set of ports, so it's impossbile to block them all. One of the things you could do, is block 4001 and 4002, and then delete all the zones off his list. The dir servers run on those ports, so he wouldn't be able to download any zones. Only problem is he might be able to get the info from someone for a zone. But it might help slow his play.

CTF and HEXX had the same issue. Some stupid sig site they were using to upload their stuff to. Removed them also cause it was bugging out on the FAQ.

I know you can change the image, but never heard of anyone changing the sound or knowing how.
