Well since candygirl got kidnapped on the way home I'll just say you can use fraps. Or you can get camstudio, which was "open source", then disappeared as a company tried to make money off it, but eventually resurfaced on sf.net.

I have never used XFire but I think I saw a screenshot once, it overlays its UI ontop of whatever game you are playing. Basically it looked like 3rd party priv messaging for any game (ss, cs, whatever). Well if what I said is correct then there must be a "safe" way to do it. -
I tried with IE too. I have a bunch of common ad sites blocked at the dns level maybe that's it. I don't think it's worth disabling that just to view a couple of videos.

I just received a PM, presumably because I have admin status (I knew it was a bad idea). Anyway would someone else please answer this persons question? Here's the full error message: Edit: As a side note I am unable to reply to the original PM due to some "IPS Driver Error" that merely says try refreshing your page... Edit 2: Ok PM's are working again now.

How are you actually supposed to watch these videos? I open the page and there's a description and rating but no video.

It feels for about 2 weeks now I've had to log back in each time I visit the forums. I'm not getting this problem on any other forums I visit.

I don't like the attachment thing either, I couldn't get it to finish uploading a small file. Hmm if I look at my network activity it doesn't even start to upload. My browser is called K-Meleon, which is based on part of that mozilla stuff I think. I don't attach things often so it's not that big a deal for me.

Might as well take them off, I can't read any posts on the forums anymore, it says they are moving website again. Battlefield is a deadlink and you can take Pirates! off the zone is down indefinitely.
