afaik the vast majority of Muslims are immensely anti-violent, probably much better-behaved than most people calling themselves Christians I don't see why the Muslim community in particular should step forward. If they are citizens of the United States of America, they are doing just as much as most people; pay taxes and face the crap along with the rest of us. Islam is a massive religion - the second largest atm - it is far from exclusive to the Middle East. I was raised as a Christian and my values are probably rather set at this point, but I doubt I would want much of anything to do with this war no matter what religion I grew up in. I don't think Muslims should be expected to come forward - I'm guessing they are anyways, though. Muslim != Iraqi Muslim != terrorist
