I'm in the states for a year where every street corner has a flag waving... the patriotism is making me nauseous. It's pretty cool though, the guy in Radioshack was bitter because he was going for the same job i'm in and i just landed in this country, so haha Mr Radioshack, and its a mobile phone not a cell-phone you FUQK!! Oh, and its really not mobile phone.. they dont call car phones mobile phones, but they are mobile. cell phone is much more appropriate as it is short for cellular, which, when applied to wireless phones, means it is part of a system using many base stations to divide the service area into multiple "cells", from which calls are transferred from base station to base station as a user travels from cell to cell. (yes, copy and paste). a wireless home phone can be mobile, up to so many yards (meters, for the rest of the world cuz we gotta have our own fking system for some reason). And, dont use a cu!@#$%^&*ber, use an eggplant.

how long was nex hsysop? lol actually, the zone has been near death for the past year-year and a half. perhaps longer in some people's perspectives. the zone hit rock bottom during nexus reign, 0-8 population constant, those 8 being bots. was very bad. but its getting better.. not great, but better. pub gets its 4v4's now and then, and a few big games of at least 6v6 to 10v10 about every day, depending on the hour. you should come by sunday at 8PM est, we are hosting the 2nd week of the duel tournament series, and anyone can attend.

well, as a smod, you do need to actually do something and i figure u can get bps/bss started up, or alter them to be a public soccer league or seomting.. idk. but ur an idea person. and you actually play.

since ur !@#$%^&*t. events coordinator, i guess that would be.. your department

i could close this topic, but its been quite interesting so far.. it went from a nexus slam topic to a lisa slam topic. maybe next, it will be a trip slam topic. better yet.. BOTH.. (that ones for you trip)

we do intend to add more weekly events once we get rolling. but that means we gotta have ppl coming to them and participating.. its kind of pointless to have 30 ppl in the zone but only 8 come to play

2 very good points, and 2 reasons why i am considering doing this myself. basically, to ensure accurate stats, id personally update the stats and probably make the updated stats files available for download, and probably make a page of 17thparallel.com devoted to displaying the top 10 or so. got a lot of ideas floating around in my head, and its just a matter of when and how.. bleh

in all honesty, forever. the zone will never reach the level where it once peaked simply because there just arent enough players to attract. im talking about back when leagues would bring + to the zone. BUT! We can try to make new marks for the last 2-3 years, which have slumped quite a lot.. but we will never outdo 17th's best days.
