just checking the pop and it being 0 doesnt mean nothing is being done, silly rabbits..

of course, if the pop is 0 all the time, obviously nothing is being done. lol....... if you kept up-to-date on things tex, youd know the problems delic has been facing, and you wouldnt make urself look like an idiot so much. personally, im quite interested to see how delic does, even tho we've had our differences in the past. if he succeeds, then we all win. these ppl comin in here saying 'aw pull the plug' and 'just give up' and 'shut it down please' could probalby stop, its not like its helping the situation. we all mike is stubborn, so go with it. if delic can pull this off, these same ppl will come in here and say crap like 'i knew he would all along i was just joking' and bs like that. either support or be neutral. the biggest problem 17th has had for a long time is that theres just so many ppl against anything that gets done to the zone that it makes the effort seem less worthy. believe me, i know.. u get a guy like floo or delic criticizing ur every move week in and week out, it has an effect eventually. besides, i dont get why ppl keep coming in here and talking !@#$%^&*.. its not like if the zone dies its gonna affect u, so why bother coming here?

VERY FIRST I'd like to point out that I DO in fact know this topic is weeks old, but I haven't checked the forums in weeks due to some bs going on in my life, and the fact that the forum is often dead anyway. So with that being said...... ----------- First off, Cord and I never bribed anyone. The people we hired were hired because they fit the position that needed to be filled at the time. Secondly, just because you don't know these people doesn't mean much. I may have hired guys from TW and other zones, but they were developers that I had previously worked with on other projects outside 17th. I never blindly hired anyone. Creemy was one of the guys from TW that I knew beforehand, and he wanted to try out being an ER instead of a developer. Interesting. Delic predicted the future. And, Dooshberry, MG doesn't want you so neither do I. Perhaps I am misreading this, and if so, ignore this response. But if it is meant to say that Delic correctly predicted that I hate Mike, both Xterr and Delic are very wrong. I had much respect for Mike and I learned a lot from him about managing zones and such. ----------- Now, I want to let Delic know that if he needs my !@#$%^&*istance at some point, I'd gladly offer what I can. Sure, I've done some controversial things in and to the zone, but that doesn't shadow the fact that I am still a veteran developer in the game, even though I rarely play now. I left 17th in the first place because time was about to become an issue (later on it turned out that it was not, but by then it was too late to go back, hence, complex). I never gave up on the zone because it was failing. Fact of the matter is, under my watch, 17th was brought back from a 0-3 populated zone to a 20-30 populated zone running a small singles league for 10+ weeks. Things happen though, and so now I'm here hoping to see Delic become the saviour of 17th. There's no sarcasm in this. The only problem I'll have with it is all the posts we will see of Delic saying "I WAS RIGHT ALL ALONG I TOLD YOU SOLD NA NA NA NOOB HA" and such. But of course, as you are Head Sysop, I would expect there to be a degree of professionalism, at least. Anyway, you probably have my msn, even if you are unaware that it is me, so if you need something, I can try to help out (I do pretty much everything but bots and ASSS stuff).

i dont see why they look bad.. shows that i have experience running zones, even if they were small. and it doesnt convey that i was fired from either, which i wasnt anyway. and besides.. other former sysops have it as well, take vegita for example. its true.. i cant help it. gets annoying tho cuz i get bugged by ice returns all the time on msn -_-

OMG I STILL EXIST! lol at twcore.. creemy bugged me so much about switching to twcore, and ill be honest, i did give the idea a shot. And, to sum things up, i did not switch to twcore. but.. as incomplete said.. if it does what it needs to do, then by all means, go for it.

i can 1-up that.. i have the settings to various pubs we've had over the years and settings to almost every known event. even got some settings of events that are no longer in the zone.

that was part of a project cubs and i worked on. it was completed but never used. mike put the map up and wanted us to give him the plugin, which i left to cubs to decide since he coded it. the only problem with leaving the zone up is that it takes up space on the limited SSC. another zone may end up with that spot, but who knows thats impossible. nobody knows what the players want because the players all want different things. but thats a universal problem, not just 17th. though, i do stand by what ive said in the past and what i said going into 17th to run things months ago.. the zone needs stability, it has gone thru too many major changes in the past 2-3 years and the zone needs to just gain focus.

add while we're still on this subject (not nexus, but displaying old texted about bots), if u remember that !suggest command that one of the bots had, heres some of what ppl actually suggested: not very funny, but might give ya a chuckle.
