Scientists are working hard to uncover what caused this horror to happen and how to stop it from expanding. Most of the researchers agree that whatever caused this to happen had insane amount of "newb whining" in it, which was then triggered by "getting pwned multible times" causing the Ner!@#$%^&*eddon. Our on-field reporter is currently at the state hospital trying to locate the sole survivor of the newest blast. You're live. Anything with even moderate skills meant either a long time spamming bullets to the nme face and hoping for a hit while running away OR immediate death. The Riot's leader shared some of his insight. This change just makes them a totally useless ship with absolutely NO value of any kind." "People complain about the Shark because some ppl use the Shark in center as a lame weapon of vulching - then ppl complain because they always get killed by Sharks in center, but the reality of the situation is that they are really being killed by other ships, the Shark just flies in quickly out of nowhere, and delivers the final few shots to make the kill." "ppl with no skill and no aim complain over and over about something that is about a fighting STYLE, NOT a Ship settings issue." I have to say. This reporter totally agrees. We only had 2 fighter ships, now one is utterly useless. That leaves the wb as the only choise for both basing and centering. (though some people use javs with nice results). Most pilots agree that using a WEASEL or TERR in center gets you utterly pwnd, not to mention LANC or now the SHARK. LEVI is only useful for safelaming. If you want a fighter ship - Wb is the way to go. if you want a basing ship - Wb here too. Whatever you do - Wb is the choice. Too bad that you can only carry 1 wb and rest of the ships are just pretty much useless. Mostly because when people find that something can pwn their stupid wbs it gets totally nerfed. PS reps are still too damm powerful PPS I demand a refund for making my favorite ship completely obsolete PPS Lets nerf javs next - i saw couple guys whining about them
  2. I do not enjoy getting my little ship bounce around like a ninjafrog on LSD. I also dislike not being able to shoot or burst even remotely properly. Thus I can't understand why every ship has access to 4 reps per death. The reps aren't just a tiny shock to send you back a little, they are JESUS repels of Uberdom. Someone blows a rep at you while you're flying around going to shop a little and BOOM you're in Alpha Centauri. This might in some distant way be understandable in the center, but in flagging? I will demonstrate. We're going to pretend that there's 2 teams which contist of 4 laggy pushing ships and 1 lanc. Now at intense basefights we can say that even the laggiest guy rarely survives 5 seconds. BUT we're just pretending, so let's say ..10seconds per life. 8 guys with 4 reps per life, everyone has antideath so, they actually have 8. That makes 64 reps per life. Some of you might see what's going to unfold here. We're talking about the average of 6.4 reps per second. 3.2 reps from both of the teams. Sounds lame? Just see some basing games by yourself - There is rarely points where you can do basic ship stuff like moving or not-bouncing-against-the-wall. In my opinion 4 reps aren't understanable even at center. It's a repfest over there and it isn't pretty. My solution We will limit the reps to 1 for small fighter ships - wb and shark we'll give 2 to Bigger ships - jav, spider, levi, terr and weasel and big fatty can carry 4 - lanc. And with the extra reps we can create forcefield over Israel, so they can pwn terrorists at peace.

" Well atleast we have 3 choises here. Now we have 1, energy scanner. Well you can see the rare cloaked levi laming in center though. "and letting people choose 3 instead of only two" We're talking about 4 utilities here already O_o But you're right on the flagging people's ships, they don't change much. Flagging itself it however changing into bricklaying burstfest.

    Wow. I have some ranting to do. Feel free to ignore me, these are just my opinions, I might be wrong. I personally was completely happy with getting only 1 sensor and 2 utilities. Now i get 2 and 3 of them. Which means actually(!) utilities and 1 Sensor, because sensors are quite useless and no one uses them anyway now that Gravity trap is an utility (!). Good thing is that the utilities have changed a bit, but still i get 8(!) overly powerful reps, 4 bursts and 4 bricks, if including antideath. More than enough to be really lame. Why is gravity trap an utility anyway? Because people we're mad that they had to make decisions on what to buy? Doc - you're being too nice to allow people to have "maxed" ships. First thing i was happy to see, when i got back to "new" hyperspace, was that now everyone doesn't have completely similar ships. Now with so much space on my ship I only need a wb. Wb is enough. Wbs can get antiwarp, bursts, bricks, reps, bouncing bullets, while still being one of the best centering ships. When wb can do everything, what's the use of having multible ships? (For those people who start whining that wbs can't be attached to. Lancs are there to be afk while wbs do everything else). I vote for getting the 1 sensor/2 utility system back, and maybe adding some more utilities, by seperating some of the packs or creating completely new ones and putting gravity trap back to sensors. Maybe adding something to the bomb/mine scanners like Decreased damage from them and their shraps. We could even do something drastic to sublight drives and Reactors, which gives people something else to use than Ion drive/quantum reactor. That would just piss of everyone, because they couldn't MAX out their ships. No ship would be Jack of all trades anymore (terriers are useless, i'm talking about wbs) MAYBE they would even have to use 1 ship for hunting flaggers and ANOTHER ship for defending the base and YET ANOTHER to anti that lagger that got through. Mayeb that would add some color to flagging and centering. Now everyone just uses maxxxed wb to do everything. SUPERSHIP ftw
  8. More General whining: If you have not yet noticed, when the flag game is finished a lot of people will leave. Some of the flaggers will leave, because the starting jp is so pathetic, so some of the ballers will leave, because balling yelds like 20$ money this calls for fighters levaing, because there is no one to kill. So we have 19 player game and flag game gets over and we get 3 spectators and 1 guy who is afk in safe. Maybe if the starting jp would be like 5k it would be more interesting to try to get the flags and defend them, insted of getting the flags and hide them somewhere and come back hour later to see if the jp has risen anywhere. Maybe a little rise to 4-8 players ball game also, would tag them to play instead of leaving, and if some ballers play, the zone population would maybe get healthy enought for flag game. Don't you check the population before you enter and if it's too low you go to play your other games, why is that?. Low population is clear sign of 1- More than half of the people are in spec, 2- Jp is low, 3- goal price is low, 4- generally boring...Althought some of the people try to be afk in spec to get some population number, but there must be players too <_<

  10. Yeah, that's Infra-aim vision pro version 1.337. All windowses come with it, you only press "Print screen" when playing and then modify the screenshot in Mspaint by putting red lines there. I put those lines to show that my ship shoots like meter away from what my ship was supposed to shoot. It clears up the screenshot

So, is this normal or just because my comp smokes weed? Side note: i can portal, warp, attach and run into wormholes normally and the spawning teleport is fine =/

Ok, this doesn't make any sense anymore... but what i meant, was to get rid fo only 1 market area's Safety, only 1, and make it sell only super/shield/reload. one unsafe market only sells super/shields/reloads NOTE: others remain normal. And going to safety is illegall, but you can still go buy the shields in the unsafe store, which only sells super/shields/reload, when other markets have safety and sell all stuff. With macro that Buying is done fast

WARNING: text includes poor attempts of joking and making fun of serius things in general, if you have no sense of humour, or hate me just by reading this text or love pot-smoking squirrels, i suggest you, not to continue onwards but to go Here, or exit the IE completely and go home. Again today some guy took the flags and then ran to safe to "buy shields", he got shot and won the jackpot by "Legal quickwin", okok... you should modify the rule "Quickwins are illegal, no exceptions and no buts". Ok, what if guy wants go buy shields?... There are 2 market areas in center, just make other unsafe by getting rid of safe zones in there and making it only sell super/shield/"resupply?" thus making "accidental quickwins" never happen. Also you should make shrapnels little less damaging, what do they deal now? 400? 10 shrapnels and nothing lives, thought 1 weasel can shoot ~25 shrapnels, not mentioning the caps. And yet again, someone says the f-word in public chat and like 500 wannabemod players start to yell "language!!", even if there are mods online...just let they give the player warn when they feel that it's correct and leave the languages in your mouth, it's not reason to treat people like just cause they cursed... Buyable thing that seals the catapult usage from certain player for certain time, IF the target player has flags. Yes cataflagging is illegal, but there are "I'm-not-cataflagging-i'm-warping-to-another-sector-and-staying-there-for-10-seconds-and-then-warping-again-ppl"... Also, if possible, if players buys this thing for , Flagtrack system, he gets message like this " with has used cata to get sector X> everytime player with flags uses cata, thought forcing people to go in the bases and flag instead of running-and-hiding and hoping he doesn't hit anything more dangerous than a worm on his way to catapult. (NOTE: this doesn't make running IMPOSSIBLE, it just makes it HARDER...Yes, that means YOU! can still run) Somwopiyf - system is lame (Sharing the money with other people in your freq) It encourages to 1. Hide the flags, (too much open space in the sectors, imo) 2. Go to private. 3. Wait until jp is over 100k 4. take flags and run like zebra with 17 pot-smoking albino squirrels in its pants.... Thus Causing 1. Teamplay is unprofitable, no teams (you can't say 2 player freq a team, they're called "Bunch of ppl") 2. "newbs" are not welcome to freq..ever, never, not, non, ei ,nej , nain comprendo? and finally 3. annoying-lame!@#$%^&*-whiner-morons-who-don't-know-a-crap... like me, will start posting annoying threads like this.
