d1: please disable the color tag before it is used in such an inane manner again stibby: irrelevant. freq balancers don't balance skill, they balance !@#$%^&*ets. in any other zone the only !@#$%^&*et is the actual player and so balancing is trivial, but here there are items, money, and exp-- so balancing is harder--but it is still necessary. though doc disagrees, a balancer that ignores actual items is fairly pointless. but even something that ignored everything except players on the team would be better than what we have now.
