nope. However, if you made a bong200.wav in the sound of an explosion, and they had a bong200.wav in the sound of a anvil, if you send %200, they will hear their sound (the anvil) instead of the explosion you want them to hear. (Or, if they don't have a bong200.wav, then they will hear nothing)

Note that other people will not hear it unless they have the same bong as well.
