When you see under the forum description: forum led by: , it means only these people can moderate that forum (and admins, of course). Actually, even some admins are limited to their forum I think... Not sure if they appear as 'admin' though. But some people have admin powers in their zone forums to be able to manage sub-forums and user permissions within them. For example, I can only moderate in DCME forum, but my status appears as mod everywhere. So I can scare people. Want a ban?

Go in members... Instead of 'all members', choose VIP's with lots of result per page... All of these have been VIP for longer than you were even on this forum. Now do the same with mod... only new mod seems to be Aquarius... for the Subspace Development Team forum. And tcsoccerman, I believe, moderates PSS CTF Fury's forum. Now.... tell me who 'everybody' is?
