I'd play some SNES games with any of you anytime. Top Gear games and Mariokart could be particularly fun multiplayer. However, last time I tried I couldn't get ZSnes to connect with anyone from here so I won't bother listing console games much... I won't list games I play "actively", since it's easy to guess the actual purpose of the thread I'll list games I'd enjoy playing online instead: Age of Empires 2 (.rar available including some tweaks if anyone wants... Tweaks include things such as 300 pop limit. Got it from X`terr ; We had a game of AoE2 with some ss dudes some time ago, was fun I got Supreme Commander... if anyone wants to kill their computer, it's good for that. The installation is like 10GB lol, the .iso is 7GB. Never played online, but it's probably awesome. Trackmania Nations could easily be setup for some nice challenges I guess Civilization 4 (also got Civilization: Call-to-power). Could have some long-term tournament of that (more like a single game... but it would be spread over weeks )

Playing continuum with a controller would require some changes in the controls/interface. It would probably require a button to cycle through the available special items... And/or a key that acts like Shift (changes effect of all keys)

The most ridiculous thing is that the reason tech support just don't dust it off themselves is because of "security issues" ... The techs don't want to "be exposded to potentially harmful amounts of dust" or something like that... I'll make sure to never buy off Sony again, this is just plain re!@#$%^&*ed. And that re!@#$%^&* decision will cost them much more than what it would have cost to repair the PS3, or even give him a new one. I don't think so... you don't copy someone's horrible customer service policies just because they don't get sued for it. Even if they "get away with it", they will still lose ALOT of sales from the bad publicity. Just read the comments, alot of people said they reconsidered buying a PS3, and were gonna buy a 360 instead.And from what I heard, Nintendo is much more customer-friendly, and Microsoft extended the 360's warranty because of the 'red ring of death' issue, which is what I call good customer service.

Burning plants would be closer to thermal energy. Also, plants and other organic stuff can have other energy sources than the sun, like the heat from Earth's core.And the article is not about burning plants, it's about producing oil from plankton... I have no idea how they can do that, but if they can, it's pretty much awesome. Sure it doesn't completly fix the pollution problems because in the end, it's still oil burnt. But apparently, the consequences of its production/extraction are much smaller. And also, if we could use solar energy more effectively, we wouldn't have any problems. The article also says that the oil output per square kilometer is ~50-100 times greater than common seeds that could be used for the same purpose, so if they harvest all the plankton of all the oceans, I'm pretty sure it would power up more than just Spain. By the way, using corn or other land organic oil for fuel is stupid as !@#$%^&*. Takes way too much land to be a 'good' thing. I kind of agree that this can not solve the all the world's problems, but I think it's still a great innovation. I'd personnaly go with nuclear power as well... nuclear waste could just be sent in space or something
