  1. This whole ordeal is bull!@#$%^&* and the US shouldn't have anything to do with it, short of removing their citizens from the battlefield.
  2. And if problems keep persisting I'll download the files for you and send them.
  3. Well it did had a bit less slowdowns but still is there instead of going with steps of 10 tiles over my screen it goes with steps of 5 tiles (the cursor). and when i start drawing lines it takes 3 seconds before 1 line comes up. i think it realy is the processor speed coz another pc (3ghz) doesnt have any problems at all draws as fast as posible. When I reformat (as I so often do), if I scroll while browsing the internet while on my way to the nVidia website (to download the latest drivers), it goes super-slow. I suggest looking for some drivers, even if you have integrated graphics =).
  4. Any hope for this tool? Also, what does 'Step' do?
  5. This is a recode, and aside from *really* cleaning up the code and remove all the image tags, I basically followed my old model, which is probably why I did that.
  6. Obitrate is my Redstar squad. Our site is www.obitrate.com - and I need some CSS help. It looks fine and dandy in Firefox / Opera, but in IE, the margins mess up, and there's this background issue that I can only imagine is related to poor padding code. So, help me out.

I think I'd rather have an inactive government than one that constantly makes poor decisions.
  8. When you paint with this tool, it would pepper an area randomly with asteroids, randomly choosing spacing between asteroids and the type/size of asteroid. Basically, you'd choose the tool, select the diameter that you'd like the asteroids to be in, perhaps allow for favor of one asteroid size over another, select the average space between asteroids, and start painting. This would rock (pun-intended).
  9. When you draw something (I did it with a safety zone), select it, delete it, it's still there on the radar. -- fixed
  10. If this is in the wrong forum, feel free to move it. I have a ship image (used with permission / consent) that has 18 degree rotations - meaning for a full turn, it's 20 images as opposed to 40. Is it possible at all to use this for my ship graphic as opposed to an image with 9 degree rotations?
  11. Sure. Here's a good example: In the US (don't know what country you're from), the Christianity is so integrated in our political system, that all people are subject to the Christian's views and ideology, regardless of their faith or sexual preference. Marriage, or at least civil union, is a political / legal status, and as such should have no place in the Church. That isn't to say that the sacriment (sp?) of matrimony has to be violated - but the two should be mutually exclusive. Another example would be the privacy violations that have occured recently: the NSA's illegal, unwarrented wiretapping. Not only did they do this without permission, but they've more or less vetoed any investigation into it, citing national security. (Another violation of privacy:) The US government has been watching bank transactions without permission, though this is recent and I really haven't read on it enough to have any real opinion on this. I could go on, but I'm rather tired.
  12. I live in Detroit, MI, though right now I'm in Port Huron - so a large percent of my radio stations and TV channels are Canadian. I was listening to the radio and heard the most interesting thing ever - That the liberals had changed some logo (I think it was Ontario, the trillian flower or some malarky). Apparently this was a great crime against humanity. Well, what makes this interesting, is that it was completely boring. It makes me wonder, "Is the US an anomoly with our politics? Are we the only country who, on a routine basis, threatens the rights (and takes away the rights) of its citizens, and polices the world in such a manner?" Call me naive (I'm sure it's true) - but I just !@#$%^&*umed a political war was taking place everywhere, not just the US.
  13. I'm no expert, but I'd make sure my ports were forwarded. From the PC running the zone - 1. Start -> Run -> "cmd" (no quotes) 2. Type "ipconfig" (no quotes) - Remember what it says for IP Address 3. Login to your router (Enter 192.168.0.1 into your web browser). 4. Go to Port Forwarding (probably under advanced) 5. There should be something like "create a custom service" or "add program", click that. 6. Name the program something that will remind you of its purpose. 7. There should be some info about ports - whatever port your zone is set to, I would imagine, would be the appropriate port for that (if there's a 'starting' and 'ending' port, they should be the same). 8. It should ask you about an IP address, enter the one we found out from earlier. That should be it, though, like I said, I'm no expert.
  14. I wish Qndre were here, he could write a great client in only a few days. Shame =(.
  15. As far as the registry file goes, create a new text do!@#$%^&*ent anywhere, copy his code, save it as a .reg file, and double-click it. You should be prompted to add the info to your registry. Doesnt' matter where it's saved.
  16. I wasn't aware that we were even that far along. I mean, theoretically, there's always the military - people become quarantined, but I guess calling that a method of prevention would be a lie. That's only a retaliation to an initial spread of the disease.
  17. *screams* I think that the media has no intention of ever conveying decent news - look at CNN's Headline Prime. It's garbage. It covers dramatic cases that have little significance on the future. I think it's rediculous that stuff like rape would be on a national news network.
  18. Yeah I've been worried crazy about this stupid Telco !@#$%^&*wad !@#$%^&* for months. Not to mention the TCPA =\.
  19. I loved it when they pointed out that Rumsfeld had said, "We never knew where the weapons were," and "The weapons are around Tikrit." (Not exact quote). And then proceeded to show how "Republican for the sake of being republican" some people are.
  20. Priitk makes far too much money off of his other projects to concern himself with SS. And I can't say I blame him.
  21. Hence the reason that what they're doing is sensationalism. They're doing it just to get attention. I'm sure I've said this in the past and I'm sure you know it - CNN/FOX/MSNBC etc don't give two ASSS about accurate, relevant news, they care about socially attractive news that will get them the ratings they need to pay their bills and line their pockets. It's really quite pathetic that CSPAN has more interesting sessions than 'HEADLINE PRIME' (which, btw, is a joke).
  22. The media sensationalises things - they're not showing you a prediction, they're showing you the worst possible outcome; Which, if you didn't figure it out, isn't very likely.
  23. You're blind beyond worth. No pun intended =\.
  24. How can you make statements like this at the same time claim that everyone has fundamental rights? There may be hatred involved in any belief (due to the fact that if you're aware other religions exist, you have to defend yours, to prove it to certainly be the true one), but it isn't OUR job to remove their hatred. It's our job to mind our own business (with the exception of trade and whatnot). I seriously doubt that going to war with Iraq was in our best interest, considering that it didn't result in the removal of WMDs, it only resulted in increased hatred towards the West, for our 'We have to rule the world, there is a POSSIBILITY something bad might happen if these people govern themselves!' at!@#$%^&*ude. Sure, isolationism has proven failure in the past, but let the middle eastern countries learn that on their own, rather than instigating hatred =\.
