By switching workspaces while in Continuum you can see an Alt Tab chat screen like you normally would. I used Ctrl Alt Right Arrow Key to switch to my second workspace and it displayed an alt tabbed window. Just a heads up.

A guy named Byrd Man was banned for using hacks. (He was banned in Chaos but also used hacks in Halo. Ty chaos) I'm guessing you have a macid match or one of your idiot brothers or something used cheats. If the ban doesn't get resolved you can get a banfree in a few zones. If I can verify you're not Byrd Man I'll banfree you in halo. Hope everything works out.

I completely agree. If the owner has issues, they usually have a sysop who runs everything for them. Some people are scared of Linux and don't like Windows ASSS so they just stick to subgame and bots (which is fine). How do you expand the gameplay if you limit yourself? Subspace gets boring after you play the same thing over and over. ASSS makes things a little more complex and allows you to do more. On topic: We need a small team of devers who constantly update the client like GunZ does. Patches and Fixes should be released at least once every 3 months. The only question is who would be working on that project. I vote Grel as the Head of the project with PriitK as a supervisor in his spare time.

A server owner should know a good bit about computers and how they work anyways. Who wants an idiot running a server? Here is what I think. If you know how to use Windows, but not Linux, use Windows. If you have experience with Linux and you can work with ASSS, USE LINUX. Do whatever is best for you. Personally I like Linux better. There is nothing wrong with running a server on Windows though. On topic: I think the council members should decide on a trustworthy person (with priitk there to witness). One person should be given the source. I wonder if Mr. Ekted secretly has the source. He did create the menus and stuff. Make Ekted update it.

So I guess Continuum for Linux (without wine) won't be happening, at least not right now. I would love to have more than 41 fps (with the fps enhancement options). I tweaked it from 29 fps to about 41. If they made a continuum for specifically Linux it would be awesome. PriitK should p!@#$%^&* on the project if he doesn't have time for it. There are other programmers out there who would be glad to help out with it. I bet grel could do it.

You don't understand, they let someone who was on our banlist come in and get sysop then crash the zone, then decide they want to keep it and remove everyone and replace it with their old squad member pals. TV and I were banned for 7 days, but since I'm owner now it kinda doesn't work anymore. So under steigs rule old staff members get banned simply because someone got mad at them for knowing the truth about the situation. For those of you who don't know slap, they are a really tight squad that (most) of them will leak any info from staff chat to their squad members. Soup in the past has given numbers to his squadies before announcing them. Rigging events and favoring a squad aren't at the top of the "what ers should do" list. They have also been known for their lag enforcement and recently, speed hacks. They said an energy hack was used, but I didn't see that one. Anyways, I'm the new owner for now. I haven't done anything wrong and I'm not an SSC Security risk as far as I know. I hope people will give halo a chance.

Anyways we did vote Agurus back as owner before the move. Me, TV, XL5, and AG voted. 4/5 = majority rule. Confess did nothing wrong. The ban was not right. I don't know why AG is banned, he did nothing of what the ban comment says. Maybe we need new council? if I get banned for this... my sis will be mad at me. (I used my freedom of small speech)

Normally I stay away from these forums. Why would anyone still use merv If I ever use a bot core it's TWCore. I do everything ASSS now. People should move to ASSS. All the cool zones with be running on ASSS. They will have all kind of crazy features. Someone in MG said they aren't going to move to ASSS. That will be fine for a while. Later the ASSS zones with be dominate.

I heard pr1 is better due to some bugs in pr3. I personally use pr1. I do a little ASSS devolpment so I use it. Plus there was this cool installer made by Doc Flabby so I installed it easily. I hate unzipping

Check and see what processes are running. Things such as limewire and GayOL software will slow you down. You could have a trojan. I had packetloss of 4.5 when I had this nasty trojan once. It disabled the task manager So I downloaded an alternitive, ended the processes, deleted all the files (include the ones protecting it) My packetloss returned back to normal. The reason I mention AOL software is because AOL (GAYOL) sucks. I saw a process called AOLSoftware.exe in my task manager and I closed it. No need for it. Check you process list, run anti-virus scans. (I would recommend using AntiVir [http://free-av.com] or an online scan at http://housecall.trendmicro.com). Good luck.
