Anyway, I just wanted to say Hi for probably a while.. I doubt I'll check this much. However, I am happy SubSpace is still alive, and some of the people I remember from way back,like Polix (Bulldog zone =P), are in charge of helping keep the dream of SubSpace. A dream where players waste hours killing and trashtalking others players from all over the known world!. hehe GET SUBSPACE NOW! Makes me want to download the game again, and see how much I suck now, hahaha.

Sub-Icide was a great zone.. I loved it. However, I felt when FiB left, and I think Sheyala took over... The zone slowly became shit.

I can't believe Deva is still around... I can still remember XDOOM and me sitting in Spectator Mode talking about a new zone concept.. Of course, I only helped come up with the name, XDOOM did the rest =P

Project Natal is incredible. Science and Technology are a point we only though it was possible in dreams...

Wow, I was just searching for something in the web... I found this thread. Yes, I agree with k0zy, people move on. I am 23 now, and I am a Graduate Student in the USA. I code a lot, mainly Visual Basic and Java. I still remember object pascal. Anyway, I liked SubSpace, and what I learned (coding) from it. It was a great experience. I remember, all the great times I had in this game, but it slowly died for me. It became only politics, so there was nothing left here for me... I still keep contact with some of you like Coconut Emulator and k0zy. We e-mail like once a year. I wander where is the rest?. SubSpace will always be my first and only home in a gaming community. I've never been as active as I was in any other gaming community. -nintendo64

Hey, not much here. Today was a little slow so i decided to check on the community. I guess SubSpace is doing better than Infantry and Cosmic Rift, that's for sure.

Hey guys!, long time!, well i finished my BSc, it was in Civil Engineering (i'm not licensed yet). I'm right now unemployed, but i used to work at a construction company in the residential buildings deparment. I worked as a project supervisor. 3 projects were !@#$%^&*igned to me, 1 appartment complex (8 buildings each with 4 levels, 1 appartment per level) the second was an 8 level building (2 appartments per level til 7 floor and 1 penthouse) and the third was 12 level building (i forgot the details). My job was to make sure the buildings progress ran according to its respective schedule (They were handed to me by the Management Department), plus other supervising works !@#$%^&*igned by my bosses (i had 3, at first it was a nightmare then it turned out ok). I earned USD 13,200 /yr (after taxes) plus they give me some benefits with buying appartments.

So i guess you saw Michio Kaku open his big mouth again? I dislike String Theory mostly because of what Kirk and other has said not enough verifiable experiments. Science is about experiments, not just theory. Actually moonraker is pretty busy with work, we hardly talk anymore. Anyway, i don't have time to devote it to SS anymore, between writing a thesis, weight lifting and work, i just get a few hours to haunt the forums and chat online (of course excluding party time).

Actually the reason why Infantry didn't surp!@#$%^&* SubSpace was because of Sony. Yes, that's the reason, everyone who played Infantry in the Harmless Games stage knows how awesome the game was. I remember i switched to Infantry and stopped playing SS, then when the transfer was made, i hated the fact they didn't have my favourite zone anymore (Alpha) and went back to SS.

How's Devastation these days? I see No_Remorse plays there now.

Go to college and take programming courses, make sure you learn the low level stuff, too. It should take you a couple of years, then return to the community (if it's alive anyway) and attempt to disamble continuum. Write an application with what you learned, new bots?, new cheats?, new billers?, new subgame?, new client?. Your pick, of course this will take you a couple of months, if you have no life, maybe a year if you work. Also note most of the SubSpace stuff has been ripped, so use that to your benefit. Or you can simply get a server and become a host (This solution requires a good cash backbone). Btw, not any server bandwidth will do, you have to go for the really expensive stuff, the ones that can host Trench Wars, Extreme Games, and ny high population zones. Anyway, Good luck!, Take your pick Money and/or Knowledge.

Hey kirk, long time no see 1) If i remember correctly from a machineID randomizer, i was able to change my macid in Continuum 0.36. So yes, continuum does uses or used to (i need to get up to date) GetVolumeInformation. 3) Permission ID, it's obsolete or non-important if i remember. I don't recall correctly but it might be tied to *kill ban or permission. Anyway, you could generate it unique for each user and leave it constant.

I don't understand why people are still arguing about Israel giving back the land to Palestine. This doesn't make any sense. In fact, what needs to change is for people to understand the jews never really had a place to call "home", and they found it in Israel. The arabs better start accepting this fact, just as much the rest of the world has. By the way, the problem mostly with lebanon (actually Hizbollah) vs israel it's because lebanon never took responsability of taking care their part of the borders, a piece of land the jews gave back, only to have rocket launchers placed on that land by the hizbollah, and rockets launched against them. Lebanon better start controlling its terrorist groups or someone else will (like the IDF). Yes, Lebanon is powerless against hizbollah... isn't a good enough reason to let them be.
