depends on what is needed, I am not a coder so there is a limit to the things I can do personally. Most of the things you have said would have to be done by code, or by the makers of the mod themselves.

well you live in a completely different continent. but they don't keep as close as the curb as possible in america and canada. even if you do.... the lane is made to FIT A !@#$%^&* CAR. if you take up a little part of the lane... CARS CANNOT P!@#$%^&* YOU. therefore, it's a safety hazard. drivers have to step on the !@#$%^&* brakes every 5 seconds to accomodate your dumb !@#$%^&*es, which then creates a chain reaction... hence, a potential car crash. if you slam on the brakes of course an accident will occur regardless of weather there is a cyclist or not. A gentle deceleration however then matching speed until a safe opportunity to p!@#$%^&* arises will not cause an accident. Yoy seem to be painting a picture of might is right here. Very true i do live on a different continent, cycling is very common here however the lower speed on roads with no cycle lanes still occurs. According to the UK highway code a cycle is a road using vehicle and therefore motorists have to treat a cycle eith the same respect as they would a car or any other road user.

so its fine to speed past when a cyclist is moving across the road to make a turn after giving more then enough time to signal to the traffic behind? here most cyclists keep as close to the curb as possible unless making a turning. There are too many idiots out there, but most in my experience obey the rules.

yeah I know what you are trying to say. I'm just saying that the only people i know that have been caught out generally didn't give a !@#$%^&* about the speed limit at the time. Im very anti bad driving. I guess because i cycle most of the time i'm highly vulnerable when people drive like idiots. e.g today a driver was doing about 50 in a 30 limit, ignored my right signal and almost took me out...

as I have said before, in the UK you get the limit + 10% so provided tyou drive with care you shouldn't be caught out.
