In the SSC board (down in the servers and zones section of the forums) there is some more information on how to do this. You will need to fill out a ticket and it can be looked at by a netop who can reset details on the account and give you access again. Good luck!

has it really been that long? I started playing in 2003 and remember joining this forum when Hyperspace moved over. Was a buzzing and busy forum then (and very distracting from my studies!) Long live subspace.co! may it provide distraction from work for the next 10 years

I think a jav got made by jabjabjab as well, so there are a few really nice models around. Id love to see rolls as well, but its not as simple as you would think unfortunatly

The player number is fake. If you look at it you will see its actually a random number, which updates every second. The reason behind it is linked to the hyperspace population boost afaik

Do you restrict upload data rates with u torrent? Unlimited can consume all of your bandwidth causing issues for other programs.

which firewall are you using? Can you look at the programs list within your firewall and grant access to continuum?

if (like many users) you enterd an old or garbage e-mail when registering you need to fill out a loss password ticket here http://ssc.subspace.co/lostpass/ From that information a Billing admin can reset your password

I find myself making this point over and over again... Zone rules are made by zone owners, if you dont like it dont play there. Anyway thats a sperate debate to the population counts entirely.

Surly if the aim was to lure people in a number less obvious then 1000 would have been selected. That was the point, because inflation in the other zones is not obvious at all until you dig deep and find noone playing. Whilst I disagree with population inflation of any kind I can clearly recognise that it took somone pushing it to a silly level to make people notice. Short term the impacts are pretty bad, but a long term resolution to this issue is in everyones interests, system admins and TW trolls alike.

What have you tried so far? A fresh install is probably the best bet.

unfortunatly that will also promote teams os 12 defending against a team of 2 longer as they have more to gain in doing so.

The idea is that a name will not reset if it is actually used. I think its useless to moan that "my name I dont do anything with is gonna reset". IMHO thats good as you dont really need/want it if you allow it to reset in the first place. I have had several names I have used for a few quick tasks reset in the past, it's not a problem as I dont really need them. If i want to go anonomous i can just make a new name, which i wont use and will probably get reset... oh well.

dont double it for all, makle the XP drop faster to compensate so higher XP players get about the same, wherease lower get more then usual
