access the router and retore defult settings to it, then try to enter a zone. If that doesnt work disable its firewall again, you are doing something wrong if that kills the internet connection.

can you be a little more clear, have you been using the name brfore and the problem has just arisen or are you attempting to register a neme? If you are attemptint to register a neame there is a problew where most names have been taken. Add numbers to the end or think of something as origonal as possible. If you have used the name before make sure you have the right password by going to profile abe retyping it, if you alterd it for a non SSC zone it will not work when you try to play in an SSC zone again untill you change it back.
