I just suggest it because i once was at a point where my exp far out weighed what I could afford. The exp became worthless. If you can't cash in on exp or cash it out than the sell price should be less harsh. It sucks buying an item to realize its worthless for your play style and turn around and sell it. Which makes me think of 2 other ideas... ability to sell upgrades to other players and limit the amount of upgrades available by the server.... would be interesting to have an economy with a limited rotating stock in the store. Or another idea is a test arena to try before you buy.

Just an idea, possibly impractical but the idea is each freq has a limited amount of points. Each ship including certain upgrades.. cough* turrets cough* ... are worth a certain amount of points. So say for example a lanc is worth 20 and a tempest is worth 10 and freqs only have 50 points. That leaves only 20 left so another lanc with tempest couldn't be on the same freq. Or rather than the resources be static, limit it by current pop so if there's only a few ppl on than you cant dominate center with a lanc and turret or at least you won't have anyone else on your freq watching your back. If you want to change ships you only can if there's enough resources available for your build. One of many things I hadn't thought through was for instance a huge pop and bunch of op builds and than the pop suddenly drops. And the used resources are way below the recalculated limit.

Why not just have a ?buyexp and ?sellexp? Just set the ratios so its balanced. Ppl trade anyways so why not just make it easier and scam free?

Is it possible? Some sort of automated module that texts/emails players when 1 freq has all the flags and only during certain days/times setup by the player. This way if someones at work they won't get notifications. Probably a bit of work but a good idea to bring ppl who don't want to spec all day waiting for a game to pick up.

I've seen all these rules broken and nothing done about it, especially the first one which only half of the rule I agree with. Obviously no racism, which used to be nonstop late at night. But cussing? Come on are we in church here? And there's a filter anyways. Its funny how you cant say the s word but you can talk about vaginas. What's more offensive? And the glitching, I've seen mods wall hack on the old map, have smalls with turrets... I understand there was a time the code was buggy but ppl were taking advantage of it.

Yeah but if you play a typical 40 hours a week, in a few months you should have at least one decent ship.

Static flags suck. The bases just need to be designed with multiple path ways and multiple flag rooms. The main problem is all the bases have 1 obvious room with only one way in and out so once the dominating team secured all the flags its nearly impossible for the other team, except through pure domination, to win and that is why ppl rage quit. If a base has several rooms and several entrances it would make things more interesting.

idk, some ppl in charge(even ones not) or too power hungry that they start finding reasons to exercise it. subspace is like irc. its strictness may be the reason it is still in existence because the few die hard fans like it for that fact, but it also is a turnoff to new players imo. there should be happy balance and banning someone for being dumb, which is really an opinion, is egotistical. if ppl dont like me playing and a handful of ppl replied saying good riddance, then fine. maybe i am an ass and just dont know it. what i do know is if im not wanted, im not going to press the issue..... who takes pleasure in in being hated? im sure even cheese understands this.

chaos and who banned me no clue. i was lagging horribly, i shoulda just stopped playing when ppl started screaming ban in chat. it was late at night and maybe 3 ppl playing and my internets was actng up. seems likelate night maintenece. idk. i got banned for a whole year and it was reduced to 90 days. as it was pointed out that me being dumb and not liked its a good cause. oh well. i admit im not bright but i try to be a decent human. meh.
