I'm just looking through some of the pages that continuum link to and notice a stack of them are dead. Anyone have any dealing with NameKingsInc or any of the other holders of the pages that are down. I'm thinking about making offers on them just to bring them back to the subspace world. Is this worth my time. I see the playerguide is dead wouldn't you prefer your name with your /axes rating there instead. 2 new players that were trying the game complained to me that the links were dead. The other option is if the links get updated but i'm sure that is a programming matter via the client. I'm glad that many link to Pollix's page still. ...Axe

Hey Hallu will it be in the main zone? I recommend main zone Always the most players Thanks for having MOC! and curse the engine shutdown!! when i returned from background screen! I thought that setting was gone!! It cost me Plus is it possible to have a !KING command to start a king of the ring game pERhaps with a decent reward? I would be fine if it cost BONUS's to run. Hello all, It's been great playing versus everyone once again after years of not playing or barely playing. When do people like to play ie what is there favorite time to play! If we could plan to sync up some players at 3-4 main times in the day would help fill the zone. I will use a twitter account to let people know when the zone is starting to fill up when i can. Also I think doing some daily winners or even a best streak hour! From time to time. I will read up on what events have been done in the past and see about helping if all lowed to help out clersey (sp?) with some Thursday night events. I do however think that special events should take place in the main zone! As players are split between zones and this week at least there were only 3 people in the warzone event! I think the best time for me is 11pm Eastern. Family is down I can turn on my itunes have my drink at hand and kill some people What time is best for you? Also i would love to try and capture some data for even more posting about stats. Hopefully I will also see you at MASTER of CHAOS!! ...Axe

A quick note a few changes in the map would be great. the Safezone as they are aren't that bad to get to. You could always make a couple mini squares which would be fun The castle i really think needs to be fixed. It should be a good place for a slug-fest and not being able to fly round it is a poorer version than before. I like the bill board but it would be must better to view it from in the safety. The bottom part should be re-opened and i'm not huge fan of the easier to fly in sides. What do you lot think of it? ...Axe

Heya Hallu just clearing the cobwebs and always appreciate your thoughts on these matters. That being said i'll give the quick response the item #4. The reason i think 4 is better than 3 is that if a team wants to be evil they will be evil. There is a 4v4 League and that way is a group wanted to practice 4v4 domination they would be able to do it. So that way a group could practice there 4v4 skills at any time. The defense to that is the hide and strike or other teams forming to beat back the hordes. Now a squad like RG!! would of course self monitor allowing skills to form or attack someone who needs it 4v4 And for me at least if a team wanted to attack me 24 v 1 I'd be willing to take it with a no team limit restriction any scenario becomes possible but that as they say is another topic. Some good points and an easy solution when the zone drops to 1 team the team limit kicks in bases on total zone population. I am a fan of the no teams till 6 people myself and self limit teams unless someone asks for it. Through deserving a thumping or asking for the practice. I don't mind doing some 4v1 practice. Don't fear the Gad turret! i will kill it for ya just use your reps wisely and help someone else with their kill shot. Old days it seemed just to be random for who got kicked off the freq and i was surprised when it didn't happen when i saw one bigger team remain. ...Axe

I've been enjoying the zone seems to be picking up speed! More people playing more ships! We are going in the right direction. I think i will start some tweeting for CHaos in my QUest for more battles. Let me know what makes you come to chaos! ...Axe

Being able to bring players in via other operating systems is a hook if someone gets into the game it can drive buying a different system/keyboard/monitor so that they are even more able to play. its like buying better equipment in your choosen sport. but the more people who can walk onto the field the better. I'd gladly play a java only/tablet tourny not because it is easy but because it is hard ...Axe

Just to be a bastage I really liked bearshare. comeon that teddy bear pic was great!! until they killed the original version with 2 much adware. Ads should be avalible just off to the side. Maybe we need some billboards on the outside of the chaos map. after all a fly around the outside of the map with a few pics of advertising the services/companys of the players inside I Like iT!! ...Axe

What i like about zone sharing is your still in the game and you get a ship right away without quiting to the menu. I haven't check yet to see if you keep your bounty when you go from zone to zone for a period of time. Population sharing good..... Population inflation bad.... Hello DarkFears if the multiple other clients could connect to the same server and were allowed by the zone admins or given the thumbs up to play the game that would be awesome. As more people playing is always my goal. if you look at some of the other threads people like Jabjab are working on java clients etc. My goals are as follows for 2012. 1. Help people who are supporting the game. 2. Get everyone who likes the game to play a couple ships a day 3. Bring more people into the game. 4. Help people enjoy themselves 5. Get a 6 person Turret into Chaos and kill it with redbullets (i've done this once allready in 1996) Thanks for playing some ships and feel free to make new friends to bring into the game but I for one appriciate you playing. I'd be interested in finding out what would bring some of your friends back into the game. The nice thing about the linex crowd is that it includes people who dont mind playing/enjoying something that isnt always the mainstream and that would bring lots of fun players into the zones. As my goal is to respond to every post muhahah I enjoy gad's turrets they are fun to hunt as i'm from 1995 doesnt seem bad to me. I hate recyling ships, high bounty starts and anyone specing. Coords from spec when someones not playing or reporting what another ship/player/turrets got isnt the game for me its against my warrior code. i see polix mentioned a point i was wondering about as well. you should always be able to form a team of equal size to what evers in the zone. ie when you have 16-20 players and can form 4 man teams. Everyone should be able to get 4 untill that team drops to 3 then the zone goes down to that. i personaly would like to see no teams till 5-6 players. or never have a team limit less than 4. I can go into further details if needed. But others input always interested in. play chaos!! ...Axe ps i will get 6 man turrets back into chaos one way or another.... and then i will kill them. with my reps

Hey if got an idea bring more people in to each of your zones however how you can. Or create a common zone currency ie people and they you can post what one person in worth in your zone vs the others. i guessing chaos person = .25 hyperspace = .0.5 the otherzones somewhere between 0.01- and 1.00 person. I'd love it only to show the number of people playing not including spec players or bots I cant kill Either way have a great NEW YEAR!! ...Axe

Great to see some people updating some info for mac/linex etc. all the more people the better. As i'm interested in running continum on a 27" mac. getting one for my wife and figured i'd play around with writing some apps doing some design on it. Want to see the 2500 resolution for the game as im still only getting 1920 on my pc/benq monitor. If there was a resource on this sight i would use it for sure. ...Axe

Seems to me most of the feedback has been positive about the safezones. If a player darts in and out of the safezone their still playing the game. 45mins easier for the work crowd to play and more likely for someone who wants to play a couple time while doing some thing else. Really its only about having people able to play and if that stops them just quiting out or recyling I find it usefull. Think of the the UNTOLd bounties lost due to the 15min limit. I really appriciate hallu getting it to 45mins i didnt even think that was going to be possible. if we can squeeze it to 8 hours someone could sleep play come back. Go to work grab another ship etc. Hell 24 hours means someone could check in once a day to play and keep that bounty on display for weeks SS is a game of wills!! be strong!! add a streak for most time in the game without going to spec! now thats an title i would go after and NUDe if ya went into the safe zone instead of logging off you would be the only one i don't think i could beat ...Axe 3 posts online... now someone tell me about using Twitter.... social media addiction muahhaha
