Pretty damn good game. Its a CoH knockoff, im beta testing, and its actually amazing on how much you can customize your appearance. So far I made a nightcrawler looking guy, and a Bumble Bee (from transformers) looking guy. I think im gonna go for megaman next!! Lol. Alot of people make chars to look like comic/game characters. So far ive seen Dante from DMC, Batman, Superman, Cyrax, Samanoske, and alot of others. Not only is the customization really out there, but the powers you can choose from is pretty cool too. Granted alot of them do the same thing, just in different form. IE: An AoE fire attack looks pretty much the same as the force/ice/lightning AoE attacks, just replaced the elements. But, to be honest, I couldnt think of any more powers, so no complaints here. Traveling is awesome, theres like 20 different methods of traveling: Flying, rocket boots, burrowing, swings, teleporting, superspeed, and the list goes on. Its pretty damn fun, especially when your in a team. Visuals are pretty damn good, animations are ok, theres a couple of animations that dont show/are off a bit, but its still beta. I actually wanted to test the limits, so while I was flying, I was just going straight up to see the limitations. I was heavily impressed, the terrain changed accordingly, was smooth, the monsters shrank to grains of sand....it let you go WAY up. You could pretty much look down and see the terrain like you would from an airplane, its really detailed, I was impressed. Visuals: 8/10 Sound: 8/10 Customization: 9/10 Fun Level: 8/10 Wow factor: 8/10 Good game, but I still wont buy it when its fully released See if you guys can get your hands on a key.

I was bored and downloaded "Fired Up". Was actually surprisingly good. Good in the sense of awesomeness. It was like..6/10 for funny. But the thing that got me, was the 2 main characters, they pretty much got awesome roles and they played them out really good. It was one of those "Those guys are so fucking awesome" roles, it was entertaining, and the 300 chics are def worth the watch

LOL did someone actually try to edit my post about magnito dying? Totally fell for the trap! I love being me. Anyway, just finished watching push, it was alright. The ending is "wtf man" because its one of those "Theres going to be a part 2" or "You will never know how this ended" type of ending. Plus, the best part of the movie for me, is the overall "powers" of different people. Thats what kept me interested and wanting to see more. But they roughly went over the types of powers, and they only show a handful that have them, I wanted to see more. And just for the record, lemme let you guys know how I judge my movies: 1) Interesting 2) Entertaining 3) Wow factor. By interesting, means that if its full of effects and explosions or stuff like that but it doesnt have my attention, its stupid. Like...I need to be INTO the movie, like "I wonder whats gonna happen next". Keep me guessing, throw some unexpected "LOL DIDNT SEE THAT COMING" stuff. Entertaining: If its a comedy, be funny, if its action, blow shit up, thriller, kill some people. Like the movie "The Spirit", was a snore-fest. Nothing went on. Wow factor: This is the one thing that makes a movie turn from good, to awesome. If its a comedy, make me piss myself, if its a drama/thriller, make it a crazy twist at the end, action, again, do some crazy "zomg awesome" stuff. Examples of movies that have wow factors in them: Comedy: Superbad, Drama: Righteous Kill, Action: Transformers.

My whole idea was that they would be saving ALOT of money and ALOT of time/effort. Think of how many people would need to be paid if it wasnt player-run? Everyone that codes -anything at all- needs to be paid. All moderation personnel needs to be paid (and thats not just a one time payment). If they dont go player-run, then they'll need to hire "GM's" or whatever they are going to call themselves. If we hand over all our shit, and all the people that have been doing shit for free...again think how much time/money/effort that saves them. Theres also only a handful of us who -really- know what needs to be fixed in SS. If they clone SS, they will be cloning all the stuff that we complain about today. We have most of the fixes, we know what needs to be changed, they will have to learn the hard way. As far as "shutting down MGBF and SSDL, no, i didnt mean literally shut it down. I was just saying...you know...like if they didnt have all those resources.

"- In some way "hiring" some expert Subspace staff to help us setting all up, coding extensions when we need them, and helping to keep our zones clean from cheaters and molesters." Lol? Molesters? Also, I agree, something doesnt feel right here. I think the hidden catch here, is they actually need us to follow them. By "us" I mean the community. Lets say they copy the game, put it on their website, and release it for download and/or P2P. Then what? The staff will need to create their own "batch" of zones to get started. Sure, its easy to recreate TW and EG pub/settings, but they will have no development community there for help. Its like starting from the stone age. They'll need to learn to create fire, how to use it, how to keep it from going out, inventing the wheel again, etc. Nobody really knows the in-depth problems/issues/fixes/etc except our vet-side community. Think about everything they will actually have to recreate/steal from us. Bots, map making programs, billers, etc. Not only do they need to recreate/steal those, they also need to learn how to use it all. Their threat of "taking over" can be answered with a removal of everything downloadable/discussed about continuum (the technical/server help side). As far as "giving you a job" goes, I think they are trying to piss on your leg and tell you its raining. Think about it, whos going to run their new community? Who is going to mod that "100,000" player base? If you think about it, the amount of dev/staff that continuum has, (in each zone, on forums, every mod, smod, sysop, ER, ZH, devver) probably outweighs their rapidshare staff team; not to mention, we are all more experienced. What it seems they want to do, is remake SS, make all of us follow them, and pretty much have us make everything for them while they sit there and do nothing. Pretty much, just like in the movies, where the bad guys have hundreds of scientists in the cellar, making a nuclear bomb, because the bad guy somehow convinced them it was for good. Then, after the scientists were done, they explained how they would destroy the earth, then killed off all the scientists? Yea, thats the direction this seems to be going in. Long story short, I think -WE- are the ones who should be calling the shots here, because without us, its going to be a huge effort to start things up on their part. My answer: Hell yes, go with it, BUT, dont let them manipulate you into doing what they want. We should make them agree to things on OUR terms. Its a 50/50 share, we should have 50% in the say of things. They bring the money, we bring the life. We want shit kept a certain way, they want their things...compromise. PS: Maybe im totally missing something, or completely off base, maybe not, but I just woke up, maybe I didnt read something correctly, since I pretty much skimmed over everyone's post. Let me know if this is irrelevant please.

"I've tested it myself under an aliased, non sysop name, had a normal player test it, had several others test it, changed it to other numbers, recycled the zone, etc." I think he knew that EDIT: damn, too slow.

Anyone see Fighting? Im debating whether or not its worth going to the movies for. Also, I think the x-men origins movie is going to be a major flunk. Everyone saw it like 3 weeks before it even released. I wonder how its going to effect the box office.

Actually, i had a telephone conversation with someone, (good source), that if you take the amount of money priitk has, and turn it into USD, it would convert into a high hundreds of millions, im pretty sure hes got some stashed in his mattress. So, yea.

Heres something wierd: All the PM's ive been getting, they all have been labeled "Hi Johnny Blaze". And the -only- place I use that name, is in EG when im playing. Not on any other forum, game, email, nothing, strictly an alias in eg...so....yea...thats weird, and maybe helpful?
