I can't say for certain but I believe this has been referred to subspace legal. The rumors I am hearing is that this is potentially on the magnitude of Cloud trying to get the NAACP involved to allow the use of N-bombs in online spaceships. If I hear anything else I'll post asap. Your reply speaks volumes and pretty much confirmed what I alredy knew. I won't be holding my breath waiting for you to "post asap"

It really doesn't matter if the bot unprized it and then prized it, the end result is the same, anti goes off. It's a stupid thing to change and serves no purpose at all. If someone wants to sit in safe with anti on then they should be able to do so, especially since I was playing and trying to trap a turret and then all of a sudden they warp away because anti goes off. But if the staff inssist on keeping this change then I request burst be removed, I really hate bursts. Oh and those thors suck too, those should be disabled as well. Stop screwing with the game.

Antiwarp is part of the game deal with it. I'm trying to play the game and some asshat changed the setting thinking they know better. Leave the fucking game alone you tools.

Why the fuck does antiwarp go off after about 5 minutes while in safe? I was waiting for a turret to leave safe so I could burst them and then all of a sudden they warped away. I looked down and antiwarp, that was on, was now off. I did a test and it is about 5 minutes in safe and antiwarp gets automatically turned off. Stop fucking with the settings and not telling anyone.

You forgot one of Sue's questions. I'm pasting it here so you can answer it for the Chaos community... Why is "gaming the system" (i.e. Esc Q to avoid probable death, ship recycling for more toys, killing aliased squaddies to pad stats, etc) not only allowed, but encouraged by those running the zone? Ethylene mentioned being disqualified from the reset rankings not too long ago, yet players who do exactly what he did and far more often get away without so much as a slap on the wrist despite zone staff being present. Why did Eth get singled out? I would love to know the staff's thoughts on this one.

This not the US govt and hallu is definitely not Obama... but many entities/governments/organizations have a PR person to deal with the community and help keep the lines of communication open. I know you know that online spaceships is big enough that 1 person can not possibly do everything. Maintaining the server, updating bots, trying to keep the game entertaining for newbies/vets alike, fixing problems, etc etc. All for absolutely zero pay. For a free game. Subspace is pretty f'in cool I think. Yeah, sure, we all believe that.

It's funny that Hallu can't get on here and explain anything to the players and has to get someone else to do it for him. Terrible leadership = terrible zone.

Like you mentioned, true actual bans in the manner you speak of (not allowed to enter the zone) are reserved for hackers/cheaters and a couple of very rare circumstances. Too bad that's not true in all cases. Maybe I'm just a "rare circumstance"
