    Cage and poacher box have been fixed. Added a cheap one called sparse brick that only bricks every other tile.

  5. I spent a few minutes with DCME and didn't see any other way to create regions. May want to think of making it more visible (since I don't think I'm an unusual user), but I guess if that works I can't complain too much. Yeah, that sounds about right, though you'd also want to be able to have combinations of numeric and text.   7. Hi, I'm a fairly new DCME user, and I like what I see, but there are two major things stopping me from adopting it, and both relate to eLVL stuff. The first is that drawing regions is very !@#$%^&*bersome. Selecting a region, going into the region dialog, then choosing create region from selection is a pain. I don't see an easy way to modify the selection later on, either (I may have missed it). A better (IMO) approach would be to have the user able to create a region, and then have the region show up in the tileset dialog. One could then use all the existing paint tools with the region. Maybe a "region mode" would make it easier to coexist with tiles. My second "gripe" isn't really a gripe, but a feature request. Have a way to specify region settings that are user specified. So in addition to the no flags and base settings that are already supported, add a way for me to specify a new region chunk and to be able to add data to it. It doesn't have to be glamorous, but it should exist. EDIT: Smong had a post on the second part, but I don't think anyone else really understood what he was talking about.

  9. Zone saves everything at *least* every 5 minutes. If you lost something in that short a period of time, you can just earn it back.
  10. Moving back to one time use items for things like thors is a distinct possibility, but a lot of other things have priority over redoing items.

    Moved to zone development, but my only comment is: You see them flagging all the time because they're playing all the time. That, more than anything else is why they're rich.

  15. We've already got a new flagging module in the works that would solve these problems and a few more. Oh, and the ASSS flag core doesn't quite work like that. You can take a look at the ASSS source if you're curious.
  16. I'm the most active of the coding devs at the moment, as sad as that is. So having other people work on things for me to review isn't going to help.
  17. Though most vets will disagree with you (as you've stated), I agree and think exp should be done a little differently. Of course these days I don't even have enough time to fix bugs let alone improve the zone, at least it's on my mind.

  22. This is a "bug" with the way continuum 0.40 handles ?status items after a settings packet. It was slightly different in 0.39, and the difference is causing this bug. I know about it, but I haven't had time to implement a fix (as it's kind of a pain to redo). EDIT: You'll have the real effects of retro after you've died. Directly after you buy it you've got what I like to call the "demo version" of retro.

  24. I think you may be right. Though on the other hand, I believe the influx of spiders is due to the fact that higher level ships aren't cost effective yet. But I'll see what I can do about the spamming issue.
