Posting rules: There is no clarity for anybody to work on - there are only a few rules defined. Do you want a bunch of rules to limit people on set borders or should people just post away? I see topics moved/closed, members banned without any rule to base it on. This creates confusion and anger with people because they don't know exactly what they can do. Suggestion: only do things based on rules; someone is abusing? It's only illegal if there is a rule saying it is. Arcade: Buggy, old, not updated or no news about it. I like to play a simple game now and then but I hate to find out there is a bug that makes it impossible to save the score or the game is unbeatable. Chat: Chat would be really nice to have. However, as pointed out by cypherjf - is it really usefull when looking at the forums? SS RPG: Don't play it - I don't want to put my time into such a thing. Improve the forum: I'm not really sure how to make SSForums a better place. I choose advertizing and a new custom skin but I can't really see how that would improve the forum. Reorganizing the forums (again?!) wouldn't really make much of a difference imo. People have used to the way it is now and I don't see much problems with it. More diverse forums can also easily be done by splitting up General Discussion a bit. (I would leave the development section, it's nice and gives exposure to the development projects/teams going on.) Last but not least; I totally agree with SyrusMX's point about moving topics and banning people in his post #9.
