First of all what I posted I posted mainly for the song lyrics.... And technically, most of what I posted was made in the US by Nickelodeon, so it's not Japanese anime, it's just an American cartoon. Home grown weed baby! But Yes, there are several Anime I do like.

Hyperspace has a core group of people.... and stuff is getting programmed on it. It's not dying, the population is just getting thinned out- which is not necessarily a bad thing. When conquest comes out the zone should revitalize. Also summertime when there's no school is coming. Zones revitalize in the summer time. If they are gonna die, they die in the fall when everyone goes back to school. Just be patient.

Maybe I should just add to my signature that I was an smod/bot developer in Alpha West SVS, owner of the defunct scrabble zone which I may still have the code for the bot laying around, and sysop of SSCV Battle Zone SVS and former jrmod in SSCE Hyperspace... maybe someone will care about me then.... Or that I programmed my first terriclone called SPACEWARZ in 10th grade (1995-96) using Turbo PASCAL. It was called SPACEWARZ and everything was done with ASCII graphics. Actually it was not multiplayer. The enemies (omega symbols) just belined directly for you. There was powerups when you killed enemies, fully functional radar (used pixels instead of ascii), tractor beam for grabbing power ups, different weapons including homing beam and wave beam. A super death weapon that shot lasers out and killed every enemy on screen. Maybe that will make people care about me.... probably not. What else can I say to my credit? This zone has two currencies which partially overlap in purpose. Experience does not indicate skill, just like money it indicates ability to grind with no skill. If there is a second currency it should be "black-market" currency-Obtained by skill-oriented achievements. The second currency should have its own market and it's own special items.

I was rereading the thread multiple times. I posted as I came up with responses. I guess I could have edited one post. I am newb, sorry. So used to posting over at the crap system of advice.eharmony.com

This post is not to put down your idea omnomnom... just voicing my thoughts here: Devs have a right to do with their time as they please. I respect their time and respect them for donating their time to the zone. I am grateful for everyone who has put time into coding this zone. I have gotten to know many of the devs here, past and present and I seriously enjoy both their work and their personalities (even the contrary ones). If they don't get time, or want to play... It's up to us players to inform the devs... just as we are doing in this thread. If we have good ideas, we won't be ignored. We just have to be patient.... They work for free and own their own time-table.... and I'd like to keep it that way because coding the zone should be fun, just like playing the zone is fun. When something becomes a job, when you can't do it at a relaxed pace or are being harped on about it, it quickly loses its "fun-factor".

Due to the fact that multiple players (say roommates or siblings) could be playing on the same IP (Due to Network Address Translation) and they could be playing in the same flag game on different sides.... not sure how valid tracking IPs is. It would be better to track the machineID (I believe that's what it's called in subspace). I think that ID is tied to your hard drive or something if I remember right. That one would be better than IP.
